Terrible Product for Thin Nails
Terrible Product for thin nails. I was really excited to try this product. I have paper thin nails that literally tear. I can't use acrylics because they cause more damage. I spent $140 on a kit, a bunch of powders, and the Boo Club Membership. I used the product for 3 months, and it damaged my nails even more, so I decided to cancel the membership on 9/15. The site says you can "Cancel Any Time", but i couldn't find the option or link anywhere on the site to cancel. So I emailed the request and was told I have to do it on the site... I then started a refund on the transaction, which did go thru, and followed up with the cancellation email. However today, I got a new email saying the membership was renewed! So I guess it didn't get cancelled. They really should have a link on the Boo Club Membership page. I did finally manage to find the spot today and got a confirmation, so I'm hoping I don't see anymore recurring charges. In conclusion, customer service is mid and it's difficult to find the option to cancel on the site.

Scam- you’re charged a monthly subscription that’s converted into store credit except the amount converted is less credit than what you’re paying for the subscription. When you re order any products, you have to pay shipping..
So, essentially, you are being charged for a coupon, and then the coupon is worth less (not more) than what you’re paying!!!

I also recently experienced an issue and got the help that I needed from customer service. I have found this company to be trustworthy and I would recommend them.

I purchased the press on nails
I purchased the press on nails. They say on the package that they can last up to two weeks. Due to the fact that they are not the shape of my nail bed, they did not stick. They are quite bulbus and rounded. My nail beds are flat. I cannot recommend this product at all. For me it was quite horrible.

Still waiting on the correct item
Like thenproducts you have just not your fulfillment center. Iordered 2 sets of base/top coat lacquere nail polish, only received the base coat. Reached out to get it fixed. Was sent the no wipe nail top coat which i did not order. Reached out again they sent be two more lacquered base coats. Reached out once again and the notified me...it was out of stock.wtf and I Still have not received what I ordered but kindly told I could keep what was sent that was not right! So disappointed

Charge with no warning…
I paused my membership with the understanding that I would be alerted before it started back up again. That did not happen. My first email was the receipt for my membership restarting. Not okay. I am cancelling permanently now.

Customer care service is not helpful
Customer care service is not helpful. I wanted to cancel my subscription, and it was very tricky to just find the tabs or links to complete this. Nothing on the spill page helps you when you log in to your account. I had to spend 30 minutes just to navigate where the manage your membership tab was and it was when I logged out where it appeared. You will need also a transaction number to get to the manage your membership page. I will be even more upset if they don't refund the unused store credit I accumulated. I will not recommend this brand.
