Delivery arrived perfect and ontime.

Previous difficulties with deliveries arriving late or not at all seem to have been resolved. I can only assume that Naked Dog have had consultations with the carrier as the past three deliveries have arrived promptly with the food still frozen.
My dogs, one is a fussy eater, love this food, the bowls are licked clean

We have used Naked Dog for a weekly order for quite some time now. Reordering is simple, an email is sent before your order is confirmed and to make any changes that you need to or to skip an order you just click the link. We have had a couple of problems with the courier delivering the order and have contacted Naked Dog directly and chatted to Mickey who has sorted out a replacement order and spoken with the courier at a remarkable speed to get the problem resolved. Excellent customer service always helpful over the phone and I would highly recommend them

I buy from naked dog regularly, my 4 dogs are very picky eaters and this is the only food they all eat. Great choice of flavors to choose from and a nice selection of raw treats too that my dogs love.

Nothing to grumble about delivery on time, good, dog loves the food, very good, cost, it's worth it for what you get.
