Great virtual customer support

Excellent Customer Service from Steven
I was looking for an air conditioning unit for my room and had been contacting and browsing several suppliers. One company even refused to answer my questions over the phone and simply asked me to email them instead.
It wasn’t until I visited the National Heater Shops website that I received proper customer support through their LiveChat service. Steven was exceptionally helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and clearly. His advice helped me decide on the most suitable unit for my room.
Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

Great service
Had an issue with a faulty part. I dealt with both Adam and Chris with regards to our warranty and a replacement part. Both were very helpful and the issue was resolved much faster and efficiently than i am used to. Wouldn't hesitate to contact them again next time we have some heating requirements.

We always order our Reznor Surface Mounted Ceiling Heaters from National Heater Shops and find them to be reliable with fast delivery.
