Once goods are returned to the manufacturer, they undergo a full inspection to find any faults. Upon return of your item, the heater was found to be operating as it was designed, and the output was within specification.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. My dehumidifier failed after 17 months. Called and spoke with Chris from NHS, who arranged a call back from Vybra Solutions. Paul from VS arranged a replacement unit the following day. Great to actually speak with people who recognises customer satisfaction.

No plug on heater!
The heater came with no plug attached 🤷♂️
Now I have to source the right connector and get a qualified electrician to install it, at my own cost, because it's for commercial use.
There was no warning of this on the website or in emails. Absolutely ridiculous!

Many commercial heaters are supplied without a fitted plug as standard, as they are designed for hard-wired installation by a qualified electrician in line with commercial regulations. Placed the order online and my heater was delivered in 2 days.
I received a call from the driver 30mins before delivery which was very helpful so I could dart home.
I don’t really leave reviews but this seemed justified
I called to gain an invoice and spoke to the sales man who sorted it on the call

Sealey Infra-red radiant…
I ordered a Sealey Infra-red radiant tube heater on Monday after a cold weekend in the workshop. It arrived on Tuesday 08:00, so pretty impressed!
Chris was very helpful in selecting the correct product. Looking forward to getting it fired up.

Broken website
The website is faulty so we ended up placing two orders By mistake.
Once you checkout the items stay in the basket and you get an email to say you have left items in your cart. We got no order conformation either.
When the second order went through we called to make sure the other one didn't go through and make sure two are not sent.
Next day two heaters arrive, so we reject one. They would not refund the purchase until the heater was back, even though it was their mistake. basically holding US responsible if anything went wrong
They have refunded today but it takes another 3-10 days to clear, leaving us not being able to use the card, which could be a disaster to some businesses.
Office staff do not care. They just say don't worry all in hand
to top it off the off switch fell out
Update: I note the reply, still not taking responsibility, the reason for two orders was a broken website and we called to cancel but two still arrived
I dont feel the customer should be held accountable for this, imagine the goods never arrived back !

We’ve reviewed the order history on our side and can see that two separate orders were placed. Once goods have been dispatched, we do require returned items to be received back with us before a refund can be processed, which is standard procedure.
That said, we understand the inconvenience this caused and appreciate that you rejected the duplicate delivery to minimise disruption. Your refund was processed as soon as the returned unit was received, and we’re sorry for the impact this had on your card availability while the bank processed the funds.
We also take product quality concerns seriously and would encourage you to contact us directly regarding the switch issue so we can investigate this properly at support@nationalheatershops.co.uk
No customer service. Faulty heater.
Heater is broken and no one answers the phone. I have tried to call 10 times a day for the last 2 days!

This is the worst company to purchase…
This is the worst company to purchase from. Spent £120 on a heater which hasn't worked since purchase, have messaged company numerous times and they even promised to send out a replacement. However, no replacement has arrived and it's been weeks since purchase. Contacted them about this and they have now refused to replace or refund, so I now have a heater that is in the store room gathering dust and £120 down the drain. Just a warning to be very wary before purchasing from this company or you could end up with no product and no refund.
