Asked for the windscreen to be changed…
Asked for the windscreen to be changed at home on the drive, as that option was available and more convenient for us. The first appoinment was cancelled late morning on the day, by the technician, as there was a chance of rain and they didn't have the correct equiptment to work undercover on the drive.
Went back to them and rearranged the appointment, for the work to be done at home on the drive, as previously requested and an AM appoinment if available.
Re-booked and told if the weather was going to be a problem they will let us know and arrange collection of the vehicle and get it over to the workshop.
Once again on the day of the rearranged appointment, the technician phoned stating, the rain would cause problems and he won't be able to change the windscreen on the drive. No offer to collected the vehicle and once again late morning and another excuse, but at the time it wasn't raining and the sun was actually out for the rest of that day?
Had to get the car over to the workshop, which was a major inconvenience, as I was at work and needed to get the windscreen changed due to the MOT being booked in for a few days later.
Dropped the car off at the workshop and to be fair the job was done quickly and ready to collect after a couple of hours. When I got the car home had a look around and noticed loads of glass fragments had been left in the vehicle, so no care had been taken to clean the car properly during the install of the windscreen.
Overall just poor and a lack of customer care really, but gave one star as the windscreen was eventally changed and sèems to be ok.

2 days off....
Took a day off work to have windscreen changed, only to get a call and hour before to say they didn't have the glass in stock, then suggested a mobile fitter despite the constant rain forecast in January, couldn't do a Saturday so had to take another day off. Phoned ahead to see if I could sit and wait to save messing about with lifts etc, but told it would definitely need to be the full 4 hours, when I arrived...hello sir, are you waiting, it will only be an hour !!!

Everything was good
Everything was good, the service was good, the only negative I have is there is a defect in the glass there's a small spot on the windscreen they makes the white line next to the curb do a Mexican wave.

From the reception up to the repair team provided a mint service.
Polite and mannerable. Comfortable surroundings while I waited, with clean rest room facilities that you wouldn't normally find in a male dominated mechanical environment.

I Recently used the NationalWindscreens in Milton Keynes. The complete service was excellent. The repair was quicker than expected and everything seems fine.
The guys I spoke to were both friendly and courteous. I would recommend!

First and last time finger’s crossed
The engineer explained how long the process would take and that he would contact us once completed. On collection of the car he then explained what we could expect in the next few days as the windscreen settled.

I had to wait 10 days because the part…
I had to wait 10 days because the part wasn't available and the fitter was a tad grumpy but the manager at the MK Depot was amazing. I would use you again because his customer service, empathy and knack of talking to me as a valued customer saved the whole experience.

Not the service I expected, very disappointing
New windscreen fitted, dash cam wires pulled from the roof cover and wrapped around the sun visor, discovered when I needed the visor and had a tangle of wires obstructing my view and swinging about! New rear view mirror in a horrible pale grey. Interior windscreen left filthy and smeared, a joy to drive home in the dark! Not informed of any of this on receiving my keys back. Terrible service
