Appear to be fraudulent
Appear to be fraudulent. Placed an order, after they took payment they said they dont actually stock the product, i then asked for a refund obviously. They then kept offering to send a totally different product, with a completely different use. I kept saying i want a refund. Then they started offering vouchers. I said i want a refund, then they said my money will be woth me in 3 to 5 days. That was 2 wweks ago. They are now not responding. FYI the conpany is based in india amd three women with the same name so possibly sisters run it. They are on linked in. To the other people who have given one star reviews i recommend a public note to the directors there. Edit: only after posting this review and commenting on linked in did i receive a refund. Im now being emailed by the company asking me to remove/change my review/rating of the company

Fraudulent Company
Made order still no delivery and no reply from them. Last emails they keep telling me it’s on its way, gave me a tracking number and says it’s in Mexico. No refund money gone. Can not believe people can be ok with this, it’s not right.

I’ve been looking for a Bracoo arm support band for my tennis elbow and couldn’t find one anywhere, until I amazingly found one on NineLife, I was a little concerned about ordering after reading some negative reviews here on trustpilot, but after reading so many positive reviews on here too I ordered anyway
I definitely didn’t need to worry at all ~ it was very easy ordering on their website, I received a confirmation email and text a soon as I placed my order, when my order was processed, when it was shipped and another with a delivery date. I was expecting a long time before I got my order but it only took 1 1/2 weeks which again surprised me, and was packaged really well
I am so glad I listened to the positive reviews and not the negative ones :o) the Bracoo arm support is amazing and exactly what I wanted, one very happy customer ~ I would definitely order from NineLife again ~ thank you 😊

Totally misleading info for delivery and POI on website
Placed an order for Chocolate Casino Chips for two big birthdays in our family at the very end of January. Order cost well over £100.
Placed the order on 16th Jan 2026 expecting the parcel within the week to ten days as suggested on the website.
Only being delivered now 5th Feb 2026
Discovered only through the Tracking Info the order was being shipped from America - absolutely no information the website stating this.
I ordered from Ninelife as I fully believed the order was coming from within the UK.
The Tracking showed the parcel was received into the UK on 27th Jan but it's now taken 10 days for it to be delivered.
Very disappointed with their replies when I emailed to politely query the order.
Absolutely no transparency on the website about point of origin or true delivery dates.
Will not use them again as I now do not trust them as a supplier.
