My order arrived and I put the contents to use immediatly. My working boots and shoes are now much more comfortable. The service given to me was excellent, couldn't be happier.

I recently had a delivery query with Norelie UK which was dealt by Cherry.
I can only say that a lot of other company’s Customer Service Teams could learnt a lot from how it was dealt with as follows:
Promptly - no need to chase up
Professionally - In a very engaging pleasant and factual way
Exceeded Expectation - The solution far exceeded my expectation, I would have no hesitation in highly recommended both the products and the company

Ordered socks which arrived promptly but unfortunately were unsuitable
BE AWARE returns have to be paid for but to OHIO USA! Not UK Based site. . Refund difficult followed instructions and posted however no problem Norelie are kindly giving me a full refund for the socks without returning. I will put them the charity shop. .

Norelie makes brilliant insoles that support and relieve painful feet! I had tried any number of alternatives to escape from the extreme discomfort of Plantar and arthritis but none worked as well as those sold by Norelie. They also have an especially friendly and efficient after-sales service and wasted no time in shipping the correct size after an error on my order. A real 5 star company!

Provide a quality product at a sensible price. They have gone above and beyond to resolve a recent error Delivery is a little slow but I was unaware that they came from Germany. However, the insoles are worth the wait and since using them I have returned to running without my foot pain. will be buying more!!

Having found the obvious size of StepEase socks to be too small for me the team at Norelie have been so helpful in replacing them with the next size up at no cost to me and no requirement to return the original incorrect size. They really couldn't have been more helpful and supportive.

Just don't try to return an item. Having purchased 2 items from their UK website I wanted to return them as they didin't fit. Initial emails weren't responded to and the telephone number was invalid so I initiated a dispute through Paypal. The company then responded offering a 50% refund, or another item from their website. I could also return the item for a full refund at my own expense.....to the USA!! As the amount of money involved wasn't that much I decided to accept the 50% refund and put this down to experience. I will definitely NOT be buying from this company again.
EDIT: The Company asked for the order number and the items. I have sent these details to them and am putting them here as well. Order no #48628 items 2 x HipEase

As soon as I put socks on I felt the difference instantly. The relief was brilliant. Get some if you are suffering with neuropathy then suffer no more. These socks make a massive difference.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size of inner sole on-line, and was therefore dismayed to receive a pair which were much too small. When I contacted Norelie Customer Services, Cherry kindly offered to send me a replacement of the correct size for no extra cost, and said I could pass on the smaller size to a friend . Great customer service!

After seeing your advertisement for your comfy souls, I decided to give them a try took a while to receive my order but was very pleased with the product. Had it now for two weeks and felt the benefit already so recommend them.

Do not order from this company. I tried to cancel my order within the 24 hrs given and sent emails explaining that I had found the exact same insoles for £6.99 on Amazon. They still posted and over a week later, I still haven’t received them and they have just responded saying they will not give me my money back or even a reduction in price !! Buy straight from Amazon for £6.99 🙌

I ordered a redrevive cold laser therapy wand and a knee relief 3 in 1 knee massager on the 12th July.
It arrived around 2 weeks later.
In this time my knee had improved and I no longer needed these items.
As it had a 90 day return policy I emailed the company to ask how to return them.
They did not respond so I rang the number to find it was obsolete.
I have not used the items
So I can’t comment on if they work.
I decided to look on trust pilot to see the reviews to find there have been several unsatisfied customers complaining of the same thing.
So basically I think I have been scammed.
I shall be reporting this to the trading standards.
If others feel they want to do the same maybe this company will be investigated.
If someone is thinking of ordering from this company I would encourage you to read the reviews first.
I read some reviews before ordering but found these on trust pilot too late.
I have had an email from Cherry at Norelie today offering me a 20% refund and I can keep the products to pass on to friends !!
I have said no thank you, as stated you can have a refund up to 90 days after delivery of products.
I have asked for a refund.
Let’s see what happens next !

I wrote the email on norelie website on 7 August and have not heard anything. So I emailed again and nothing, now thinking this is a scam. I want to return the goods which they say on the website you can do within 90 days. I would like to return and get a full refund.

The wicks flared up even when there was very little showing. The bowl they were in similar to the one in the advertisement, got too hot and burnt my hand when I tried to move it after extinguishing the wicks. Perhaps I did something wrong.
