NORTHRIDGE FINANCE INCOMPETENCE !
To be honest with you, Northridge Finance deserve NO stars in my opinion, because they are shambolic in their handling of a new finance agreement.
Northridge Finance displayed total incompetence in setting up a new finance agreement for my PCP.
I already had an existing policy and at the same time as I traded in my previous car, as I was striving for a cheaper monthly premium to pay, for a cheaper PCP agreement, I also moved home. My landlord was selling up so i had to move.
This morning I received a call from Northridge to discuss the so-called arrears, which is when I demanded to speak with the CEO'S Office.
My new PCP agreement was set up by the car garage where I purchased my new car and they liaised with me present with Northridge Finance . Equally informing Northridge of my change of address. Being a vulnerable O.A.P on State Pension, I budgeted for a lower priced vehicle and saved £111 monthly on my new arranged agreement.
All payments for my previous vehicle at my old address were up-to-date. Northridge were informed of my new vehicle and new address and on the 9th September 2024 my new premium started, one month after the setting-up of my new agreement. This was all set up by the Car Sales company. But on the 11th September I was sent a letter demanding 2 months payments for my previous vehicle, sent to my old address (I have 6 month redirection set up with the Post Office) but Northridge had already been informed of my change of address !!!
It is totally unacceptable that I am apparently living at two different places with two different vehicle.....WISEN UP FOR GOODNESS SAKE !!!!
THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO EVALUATE !!!!
Like so many companies, there is obviously a drastic lack of rapport between departments within the working cogs of Northridge Finance.......TOTALLY SHAMBOLIC AND INCOMPETENT !!!
I will post another negative review in 48 hours and will continue to do so until I receive fair and just recompense for my totally unnecessary harrowing ordeal !!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a problem with a used car from Cars2 Wakefield. They refused to deal with it and told me to ring Northridge Finance. I did, and immediately they raised a complaint. It has taken about 6 weeks in total, including a vehicle inspection and test drives etc, but the complaint was upheld. Cars2 are still refusing to acknowledge the faults - but Northridge have been amazing - every step of the way. I must admit I have learned a lot about consumer rights during this process, and cant thank Northridge (especially Alan) enough. I would definitely recommend Northridge Finance…..Cars2 is a different story!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I ended up raising a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman at the sheer lack of communication or help and disregard for my compliant and Northridge have never responded to them! Ignoring the Financial Regulator, what hope have I got of ever hearing from them. Disgusting. Do not use their services.

RUDE SERVICE.
Pranay in customer service is so rude- absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable. My conversation with him was nothing but unprofessional. He seemed very unbothered and extremely unhelpful. He didn’t let me explain my situation before jumping to tell me I was not able to do a certain thing. When I asked him to let me finish my sentence, it turned out I was eligible to proceed with what I wanted to do—he seemed like he just didn’t want to help. This is the opposite of the experience I had last week when I called and spoke with another customer service rep. Absolutely awful! Can his manager David please listen to this call recording and train colleagues on proper service?
