Alt ved Norwegian er skuffende. Dårlig og indisk kundeservice uden respons.. ingen respekt for kunder. Køber flybillet som de selv aflyser og kan ikke få refunderet fordi den er under 2. timer forsinket. Jeg opretter en klagesag via forbrugerklagernævnet og alle andre burde gøre det samme....

I have traveled a lot with you in Scandinavian And some of my friends joined me for travel ,On 21th Sep. I Bought 3 return tickets for myself and 2 others (Copenhagen to Stockholm), I was out for an unfortunate experience, as a bad condition of pandemic we cancel the trip and I call to Norwegian Customer service , she told me cancel the tickets and it we will send you the all money back because is less than 24 hour. I tried it and after few days Norwegian sent money back just for 1 tickets . I call them and They told me to fill out the form and send it. We will definitely refund your money. I did the same and sent it to the customer service. I waited for two weeks. as I mentioned They already only sent the money for one of the tickets and did not send the other two tickets. I called them again and they said it was a mistake to fill out the form again and send it and we will refund your money, do not worry. I sent an e-mail to costumer service again. I waited for a few weeks, they did not send the money, and I called again, and the same repetitive words that you forgot to send again. I did the same thing. I waited again. Have not sent. Now that a few months have passed, I am tired and I think Norwegian Company is a fraudulent company and it is cheating because keeping money without a reason is a ,,,,????!! and I advise you to be careful of the scams and fraud of Norwegian Company.

Norwegian tager mine 2800kr cashpoint!

Har mistet 2800kr. I cashpoint under corona cirkusset. Da 2 af mine rejser blev aflyst.
Jeg har måtte kæmpe hårdt for at få dem.

Men de ville kun gå med til jeg kunne få dem som cashpoints. Nu har de så taget dem igen. For nu er app’en opdateret og der forsvandt de!

Når man skal igennem Norwegian Air kundeservice. Så foregår det med lang trist ventetid. Og når man så endelig kommer igennem til en “engelsk” talende person. Så vil de gøre alt for Norwegian ikke kommer til tabe de stjålne cashpoint/penge! 🤦🏼‍♂️🤬

Flight delayed in 2018 by around 12…

Flight delayed in 2018 by around 12 hours, arrived in final destination next day.
Refused compensation for no reason, so I contacted a company to help get it.
They then dragged it out for long enough to be protected form bankrupt, only to have the case dismissed since I would get maximum 5 percent of the sum. Useless company that won't pay what they owe as they'll go bankrupt if they do.

Fly nr DY 3089 og DY 5374

Fly nr. DY 3089 fra Aalborg den 05.09.21 kl 17,20 til København og fly nr. DY 5374 videre til Alicante kl 20,30. mistede et støtteben til kørestolen, som var med som ekstra bagage. Blev anmeldt i lufthavnen i Alicante, hører desværre intet overhovedet fra flyselskabet!!!! hvad med erstatning og mangler støttebenet i det daglige!!!

The worst company I have used so far

The worst company I have used so far. Very hard to refund your money and you can not get money back in some cases you can get only their points, but you can use only 500 points per 1000 nok paid. They are canceling flights all the time. Also, good luck finding information on their website and if you call their call center some of the operators are inpatient so no use of them. All in all terrible company.

Flights cancelled. No communication. BAD experience.

Booked flights from Copenhagen to Montpellier and return for July. Found out by coincidence they were cancelled, as relatives wanted to book same flights, but they were unavailable and definitely not sold out. They called up Norwegian and were told to tell us that the flights are cancelled.

Shortly after, a “refund” and “change booking” option appeared in the app. I want to rebook to another destination. Pressed the change booking option, but it just kept spinning. Shut down the app, opened up and retried. Nothing happened. Tried the refund option. Same experience. And now the option, nor my flights, are available anymore in the app...

Today, I’ve tried calling support two times. Waiting in line for 2 times 32 minutes to receive the message that they cannot take my call.

I am obviously not going to book my new flights and rely on a refund as it is completely black-boxed what happens in their organization...

Sad, sad, sad customer service, app experience and experience in general.

VARNING!!!

VARNING!!!
Vi skulle åkt ner till Alicante nu i December -20 men det såg inte bra ut då nästintill alla flyg var inställda
Norweigian skickade ett Email och frågade hur vi ville ha pengarna tillbaka då dom mycket väl visste att inga flyg skulle gå
Jag fyllde i men det skulle jag aldrig gjort om jag visste att dom snodde alla våra 12000kr och sa att vi avbokat innan dom sa att det var ok ????
Vem har bett om att få ett Mail innan som gör så man blir förvirrad
Fy vad lågt av dom😡🤬
Det är väl ingen normal människa som skänker alla sina respengar till flygbolaget utan att få något?
Vi har flugit med dom förr och har boende i Spanien så inte är dom smarta heller!
Nu ska vi kontakta Arn och Media för så här får det banne mig inte gå till 🤬😡

Very disappointed - nightmare with refund

Very disappointed with Norwegian. My flights were cancelled in May 2020 due to Covid, I applied for a refund which was confirmed in July via email. Despite several efforts to claim the refund I still haven't received this, now it is December. Haven't heard from them at all since July despite trying to get in touch via phone and email, also via my bank who say because their payment platform uses bank transfer the payment is not covered by usual payment protection on credit / debit cards. Am still owed £482.50.

After 6 months I am still awaiting a…

After 6 months I am still awaiting a refund from Norwegian Air for a cancelled flight back in March.
I have been advised over the last 5 months that the refund is being processed. The latest update received today on contacting Norwegian's Customer Services Dept, is there was a technical error when processing the refund and I am now in a queue. This is appalling customer service especially when other airlines have refunded my cancelled flights within 2 months. Whilst I appreciate these are extraordinary times with the event of COVD, this is unacceptable and the reason I will no longer consider travelling with Norwegian for my 2-3 monthly trips to Spain.

Så GOD service

Vi skulle have været på en dejlig ferie til Spanien.
MEN der blev lavet en større ændring i vores flybilletter og vi valgte ikke at rejse.
Et opkald til kunderservice og pengene var retur på min konto i løbet af en uge.

In the light of the coronavirus

In the light of the coronavirus, I’d like to thank Norwegian for refunding me the flight they cancelled instead of giving me a voucher. I had to wait weeeks, but they are going through a lot of cancellation so if they are still around after it all, I’ll definitely fly with them.

Jeg har booket flybilletter direkte hos Norweigan med flyvning til Budapest. Flyet blev aflyst ca. 1 uge før planlagt flyvning den 1. april. Jeg har anmodet om at få refunderet flybilletterne og har også modtaget sagsnummer allerede den 30. marts. Men jeg har intet hørt fra Norweigan selvom det burde være nemmere når man booker direkte hos flyselskabet. Men det gælder ikke for Norweigan. Jeg har ellers været meget glad for Norweigan før, men det er sidste gang jeg bruger selskabet. Hold jer væk. Om jeg nogenside får refunderet billetprisen selvom selskabet efter lovgivningen er forpligtet er meget tvivlsomt.

Arrogant, unprofessional and simply wrong

Despite a number of flights that were without a problem, my last flight was a disaster and Norwegian has behaved in a despicable way and has fought me tooth and nail during the claim process. My wife had a flight from Tromsø to København. The initial flight from Tromsø to Oslo was delayed so we missed our connecting flight to København. This resulted in an overall delay of 12 hours with 2 flight changes and no information provided. To top it all off, our baggage was lost and took 7 days to recover. I filed a claim which Norwegian fought and refused to pay compensation. I am currently waiting for an outcome of another claim. I would have respected their behaviour if they admitted the mistake and paid the compensation due under EU law, however they acted unprofessionally and arrogantly and don’t deserve the 1 star that I am obliged to give. If I can help it, I will not use this airline again.

Very bad service

Norwegian- cery bad Refund Service! I have submitted claim for a refund of my ticket a month ago due to the flight being cancelled on grounds of Covid19. No reply apart form the claim number. No telephone contact possible - if you answer the 100 questions to get to your claim - you get disconnected. No time frame for the repayment, no information on their site except for "wait and be patient" Give us a time frame! Too bad Norwegian! I just think that the money is lost...It will be difficult to regain confidence after the crisis is over!
