Absolutely terrible product delivery and customer service

I'm sure the product is good, but I won't ever get to try it.

Well over 2 weeks went by without it being shipped. Contact with customer support was hit and miss but always useless - wither just some canned response with nothing but platitudes instead of information, or days with zero response. After 16 days I canceled the order because I was soon leaving that address.

Having been a customer of IM8 for a long time I was wanting to test out Novos - but if this is what it's like trying to simply get an order sent then I am going back to IM8 (who have exceptional customer support that are proactive and solve problems).

Great problem solving!

Unfortunately, my order got lost during shipping. I reached out about getting it replaced and they responded right away. Moisés offered to ship immediately, but I was headed out of town and didn't want my order sitting in the heat on my front porch while I was away. So we coordinated over email to make sure the package arrived at my home when I did. Not a huge deal, but I appreciated the quick problem solving and responsiveness by an actual human.

Great customer service department

Great customer service department. I had an issue with my account and reached out via their website. I received a response from a very nice young man named Moises. He was very nice and understood my issue right away. I did not have to go over again what I had already stated in my initial email, as with most other general customer service inquiries. Or even having to go back and forth multiple times to get my point across. Moises was great, and he helped me right away and got the ball rolling to fix my concern. He was lovely and made everything very smooth and easy!

BUYER BEWARE untrustworthy company

6/9/2026-I ordered a year supply of Novoscore ($950). I received it and was satisfied. They then sent me a second order 2 days later that I did not order. No email notification. No customer service, its all email. And for some reason the orders come from Amazon even though I ordered directly thru Novoslabs. After multiple emails and some dude named Moises, they sent a shipping label and I immediately sent back the unordered product as requested (w/in 3 days). They then informed me they received it back but were keeping re-stock fee and shipping for an item I did not order.($100). Their system is a mess and once you order you will receive daily marketing emails. The customer service is terrible. And there is no evidence on humans this supplement does anything (I speak as a physician). All studies done on mice. You cannot post a review on their site, they only post positive reviews. (I tried). I have been on the supplement for more than 1 year and see NO appreciable objective difference. A really expensive supplement for wishful thinking.
6/17/2026-UPDATE: So I was told no refund of the restock/shipping fees until I posted on Trust Pilot. I suddenly received email reversing course and refunding the monies.

Novos Core is a wonderful product

Novos Core is a wonderful product. I am in my 50s and used to rely only on diet and exercise for longevity. Then I found Novos. I used to have terrible skin problems (mainly eczema outbreaks) before taking Novos Core daily. It has virtually eliminated my skin issues. It is a necessary and welcome part of my daily routine and works well with the supplements which I take. I rely on evidence-based scientific articles for every supplement I put in my body and Novos more than meets that scientific standard. It also is a product with excellent, terrific customer service. Michelle is wonderful. The best customer support I have ever seen for a product or supplement. She is always happy to help you in any respect. I could not have asked for a better product for skin and longevity health and I recommend it without hesitation.

Not A Real Lab. Just A Company Using Credible Sources To Sell

Their website has a lot of information about aging, supplements, health, diet, and lifestyle. This initially helped build my trust into their company. I’ve been ordering the NOVOS Longevity Kit for over 2 years now and have noticed some good physical results of feeling better. They also sent me an email saying I’m one of their top 1% loyal customers.

In my experience, some of their products aren’t properly inspected before it is packaged and shipped to the customer. I received several bottles and packets that are missing inside the powder, chews, bars, and pills. So the 30 day supply isn’t always a 30 day supply. Sometimes a 29 or 26 day supply.

I also had some, if not, the worst experience with their customer service. Their customer service provided false, inaccurate, and misleading information. They would take days, sometimes a week or so, just to respond to a question. Most of them are also incompetent. Like they never even read my email, they just responded and immediately closed my ticket-inquiry without any information or response. Then they had the guts to send a survey asking how the conversation went. It went nowhere, obviously.

Their website also shows credible doctors and professionals who aren’t actually working at NOVOS Labs. They’re just sources of whom the owner of NOVOS Labs speaks to and asks for some advice. So they’re basically just advisors.

Their NOVOS Age Kit is also the last thing anyone would ever want to buy from their website. It is the most unreliable, painstaking, inaccurate, misleading, and grueling experience.

Their NOVOS Age Kit goes through a lab called, TruDiagnostic. Please check TruDiagnostic reviews here as well to see and understand the truth and reality.

TruDiagnostic is a one shady lab. My first year of sending my blood sample, it took 6 weeks without any update from NOVOS nor on my account profile. I had to email NOVOS customer support and they told me they forgot about it. Then it took them another week just to update my account and information. The results were also questionable.

The 2nd year I sent my blood sample, the tracking said it was picked up by someone from their lab at their local post office.

I waited 2.5 months to hear anything back, hoping NOVOS doesn’t forget about it again and sure enough they forgot again. So they contacted TruDiagnostic and they told NOVOS they lost my blood sample. I emailed them again to tell TruDiagnostic to check the tracking since it clearly states it was picked up and delivered to their lab.

It was a grueling back and forth of misleading, false, and inaccurate information between NOVOS and TruDiagnostic.

So I went ahead and contacted TruDiagnostic myself. Their response to my email stated that they have my blood sample and that it was placed “on hold” because of miscommunication between their team and NOVOS. TruDiagnostic told NOVOS that the blood sample was lost and that they have to send a replacement kit. But when I emailed TruDiagnostic, they said they have my blood sample. So which of the two companies has been lying?

And so it has been over 4 months of waiting and both NOVOS nor TruDiagnostic still has yet to send any updates nor information regarding my blood sample.

At this point, I think, along with other customers, it’s likely that TruDiagnostic has been selling our blood sample DNA’s to 3rd-party companies and is violating the HIPAA.

They have no factual proof nor evidence that shows they actually processed our blood samples besides their word-of-mouth and randomized numbers on their test results documents that are sent to customers.

A lot of customers mentioned and noticed the inaccuracies and misleading information from the results they received.

There is also no clear evidence that TruDiagnostic has been true to their every word and promise.

It seems it’s clear that both NOVOS and TruDiagnostic puts Profits Before Customers. Their main goal is to make money and not care for customers. Because if they cared, they wouldn’t have these many angry and frustrated customers.

I have re-ordered the berry bars…

I have re-ordered the berry bars multiple times. They are a staple in my diet. They give me life! I’m very picky about bars and I don’t eat any other bars. These ones are chef’s kiss! I like all of the ingredients and I like what is on the nutrition label.

I emailed customer service and told them my issue and Michelle quickly responded and helped resolve my problem. Michelle was kind and followed up with my new tracking information and even followed up with me after my product was delivered. Definitely the best customer service ive ever had to deal with. I appreciate the kindness that Michelle had given me.

Truly exceptional customer service!

I have had NOVOS Core and Boost on subscription for over three years. My husband and I travel full-time and change locations frequently. In addition to having excellent, research-backed longevity products, their customer service team goes above and beyond to work with me to ensure I receive my products each month, wherever I am. I truly appreciate their attention and care on an ongoing basis.

Product Great--Support Sucks

I have to start by saying I love the Core and Boost product. I've been using them for 4 years and would love to continue to use.
However, as good as the products are, the customer support the total opposite. I have tried for several months to stop auto-ship. At one point they told me I had two accounts in their system and that's why I kept getting deliveries I hadn't ordered.
Last month I thought I had finally gotten into a conversation with someone on their team who seemed to know what they were doing. I believed we had stopped all deliveries until I ordered again.
Alas, it was too good to be true. I just received another order I hadn't placed. When I look at my credit card they have charged me two times on the same day for an amount that is significantly more than the one product that was just delivered...that I hadn't ordered.
Maybe they should go back to the lab, focus on formulations and new products, and stop trying to be an ecommerce company. Fire all the support and logistics people and outsource those services to a 3rd party that actually knows how to manage them. I'm sure they could save money and miserable customer service.

My order was delayed by the courier…

My order was delayed by the courier company so I reached out to customer support and they set up a new shipment right away. However when the delivery came there was an additional COD charge that I had never had to pay previously. Again I reached out to customer support and they immediately credited me for the extra cost. Novos customer support were courteous, and quick with their replies and actions. So 5 Stars!! Thank you.

I had an entirely positive experience…

I had an entirely positive experience with Novos' support when my order was being checked by customs. The Novos employee, Moises, provided me with every possible assistance, offering various options and guiding me through the bureaucratic process until the goods arrived. Even after that, he answered my questions about the product. The response time was fantastic, the communication excellent – ​​very friendly and competent. I am truly impressed by such professionalism. Thank you to the team and especially to Moises.

Got To Go With The Science

Delighted to have discovered Novos Core. Appreciate the depth and breadth of longevity science that went into its formulation. Am also reassured to see more Novos customers on the leaderboard of The Rejuvenation Olympics than any similar product.

It is one of my wife’s and my non-negotiable daily supplements.

NEVER buy the Novos Age Kit

I bought Novos Age kit and had an absolutely the worst experience ever. It has been 3.5months since I sent my blood sample. They sent me an email after 4 weeks, notifying me that the test result is in. But I couldnt find the result. So I reached out to the customer service and they said that email was an error and that there is some delay in processing. So I waited another 2 weeks. Still no result. So I reached out again and they repeated the same AI answer (i.e. significant delay, so sorry, just wait). Now it has been 3.5 months. Still no result. They claim that the results are generally available in 4-6 weeks. What a lie! Despite my repeated request for an update, they never told me by when I can expect the test result. At this point, I think they just lost my blood sample. Even if they didnt lose it, it is 3.5months old blood sample! How can they even give me an accurate result? Absolutely the worst experience ever. They are not even saying that they will give me a refund.... super frustrating.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of clarity you experienced. A 3.5-month wait is well beyond our standard 4-6 week window, and the communication you received clearly didn't meet the level of support we strive to provide.

We have investigated your account to understand exactly what went wrong. It appears a technical sync error occurred due to two overlapping orders placed on February 9th. While one was canceled, two kits were dispatched. This led to your sample being logged under a different ID than the one visible on your active dashboard, which is why our team (and our automated systems) initially struggled to locate your data.

Regarding your concerns about the sample and results:

Accuracy: Please be assured that your sample was processed and analyzed by the lab shortly after it was received. While the visibility of the results was delayed due to the system error, the actual testing was performed on a fresh sample within the required stability window.
Status: We have since reconciled the data, and your finalized results were sent to your email on March 18th.

We realize that an apology doesn't give you those months back, but we are using your experience to improve how our system handles duplicate orders to ensure this doesn’t happen to another customer.

Definitely the best bars I have ever had! They are delicious! I love knowing the ingredients are so good, pure and healthy. I would buy more but they are a bit pricey. No doubt in this instance, you get what you pay for.
