Evidence based longevity supplement

I have been taking NOVOS boost and core for several years. I researched all of the various “longevity “ supplements , knowing that many are not well researched . I chose NOVOS over all others because of their extensive research and evidence based results. I DO notice a difference when I skip a few days — less energy , less focus. So , I will continue to use it. I think it makes a difference - both long term and short term .

The customer service is great

The customer service is great! I've been eating one peanut butter chocolate chip bar for about 3 weeks now and I'm feeling a difference. I replace it for a meal. I skipped one day and did notice a difference in how I felt so I know it's working for me and the ingredients are the bomb over and other nutrition/protein bars I've taken!

I was amazingly impressed with the…

I was amazingly impressed with the unexpected results I started getting almost immediately from taking the Boost NMN. Not only was I feeling better and had more energy to do things I wouldn't normally have done, but I was sleeping better. Even on days where I used to get a lot of exercise I would always wake up every hour to hour and a half. Now I am putting together longer periods of sleep. Sometimes up to 4 hours. Thank you so much for all of your help and support!

Game changer

My husband I started taking this last May and we never felt alive and stronger in our lives. I am in menopause but i have more energy than before. We are very active and engaged in various activities like hiking and going to the gym 6 days a week. I just hoped that Novos would take care of their loyal customers proactively. Their customer service is amazing and is very timely in their response.

I tried the berry bar!

I tried the drink. Didn’t like the taste but I really like the bars I did the berry but will try the other flavors next time!

worst customer service, hard to trust

I would stay away just because of the customer service. They take several days to respond to any request, lose tickets, have poor communication internally (the first person I was talking to seemed like they were just waiting for responses internally for days and weeks at a time, and they don't respond for days or weeks in some cases unless you follow up multiple times). I cannot imagine trusting a company with my health with customer service that is this unresponsive and disorganized.

High quality customer service!

I had concerns that my order of Novos core got lost in the mail and I was reassured that it was being tracked and was on the way. I was also concerned that my order of Novos vital would possibly melt in the extreme heat but was again reassured that Novos anticipates such things. These are small customer service type things but they mean a lot and they are greatly appreciated. Big thank you to Michelle and Tina for helping. As far as the way the product makes me feel, I get an added boost of energy without any feeling of anxiety or jittery nervousness and I generally feel more clear headed. I’m 40 years old now and my wife comments that I look like I’m 30. I recently started using Novos Vital and I like the taste of it. Cardiovascular health is incredibly important so I’m thankful for such a high quality supplement that targets multiple organ systems. Thanks for all your hard work and attention, it does not go unnoticed!

Still awaiting my order

Still awaiting my order. When I checked in they told me it appears it was lost in transit and they’d sent another. I follow up almost a week later and they said they would mail it soon !! I’ve now asked for a refund and have not heard back.

I love how NOVOS Core makes me feel. However, even after a month of taking it my stomach is still ravaged. It’s not a good feeling:-(

Not a certified PBC?

About the most important thing I can say is there is an independent organization that certifies Public Benefit Corporations (PBC) named B Lab. They have not certified NOVOS labs as a PBC. I think NOVOS is mostly marketing and profit oriented, not a PBC. Their customer service is abysmal.

While we are not certified by B Lab as a “B Corp” — which is a separate voluntary certification — we actively uphold our PBC mission.
