I rang Novuna car finance to speak about extending my current leasing and I was dealt with a lovely lady called Novuna. She was so nicely spoken and listened to me all the time and showed a lot of empathy and patience through the call and helped me to extend my car after my lease ends next week so i can extend and just pay til i decide to return the car. She showed exceptional professionalism.... I hope someone does show her this message of excellent customer service.
