Inspection
Janet led my inspection today. She was very honest about the process and gave me all the information I need to proceed. Janet showed me her identification on arrival helping me feel at ease and was just generally a lovely person. I will definitely recommend tenants advice to anybody in need. Thank you

It was talked through properly on all repairs
It was talked through properly on all the repairs that are outstanding and I managed to highlight the renovations which never took place.

Repairs.
The inspection of my bungalow was done in a very professional manner by Asim who did not rush through the repairs that needed doing which made me feel at ease throughout the time he was at the property.
