Great Surveyor!
Asim came out to the property at the agreed time and was quick and efficient in evaluating the issues within the property while offering clear advice on the process to ensure the issue’s were resolved.
Arrived with all the equipment needed, very professional and stress free would definitely recommend.

Ray was a well experienced surveyor
Ray was a well experienced surveyor. Sat down explained the who proposes of what tenets advise do and how everything works. Took his time looked all around my flat explaining as he went along. I was apprehensive at first of the whole thing but Ray was excellent.

Bobby the representative of tenants support advice team visited my house today. He was very approachable, gave me the right advice. Went through what was the purpose of his visit. Also, informed me what it will take place from today. It was encouraging from his word to know support is available. I really hope things can change on my part.
