Been with octaplus broadband for 24…

Been with octaplus broadband for 24 mouths with hardly any problems so that's why I have stayed with them for another 18 mouths and everything think went well and even did a price match so what can I say very very happy

Tech Support

So after my experience this afternoon, my internet went out and I was able to speak with Tech support and the operator was outstanding!! He was able to get me back online instantly. I cannot thank him enough for the help. Will speak with customer service for the final resolve to find out what happened.

Happy with everything

Was connected very quickly without any problems and so far pleased with the Broadband speed and the WiFi coverage which appears to be over the whole house which is quite a large 4 bedroom

Avoid worst service around isp related

Avoid numours problems horrific service offline more then online customer service is zero never response left me with broken internet for days so avoid for sure

The customer service with Kaneka was great. Got the internet working again, but I am still struggling to get the same coverage on my premises that I had with the previous supplier. I wonder if a different router would solve the problem.

They kicked me out literally after 18…

They kicked me out literally after 18 months. So I had 27 pounds a month for 900Mbps now the offer is 25 pounds for new customers. But for me on renewal they asked 32 pounds. I asked them to keep it like it is without renewing and they refuse. Renewal on more expensive price than old or new offer.
I had to move to other company.

Fast helpful service.

WiFi went off & got in touch with Octaplus. Very friendly & helpful. They got in touch with ms3 who sent an engineer & fixed within 24 hours. First problem in over year. Definitely recommend them.

A very good service for a very good price.

After a few initial teething troubles, one of which was due to the previous supplier which Octaplus went to a lot of trouble to sort out. The internet speeds are very good and we have had very few interruptions of service. A very good service for a very good price.
