Best internet around for sure!!

I’ve had an absolute great help and service from a lady called 💐(Vranda Asolkar)💐 at the octaplus team she was absolutely amazing I have awesome internet speed and never had a problem I would definitely recommend to friends and family to switch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Octoplus highly recommended

Well, I've been with Octoplus for 2 or more years now, and their Internet service is brilliant, extremely fast and always available apart from times when I guess they have been upgrading to the now multi-gig speeds. I've had to sadly leave because I have moved, and the CityFibre network isn't available at the address I'm moving to, even though it's on the street. I have been dealing with a very polite person called Siddhi, and before that, someone called Brinsleigh, also very polite. Recently, I've been dealing with Siddhi, who took over from Brinsleigh and handled the cancellation and returns label for me and checked on me to make sure everything went accordingly. I'm so so disappointed that I will not have their service at my new property and can only hope that Cityfibre run a small cable from the street to the properties I will be living in. The network is available in Britten Road but not at Coppice Court, which runs just off of it, and I can't understand why it wasn't installed there, too. Anyway, no fault of Octoplus, who have been pretty good since they took over from the very bad Air Broadband. I highly recommend the company because their speeds in Lowestoft can't be beaten, in my opinion

On the providers website
it states "Advanced features
Get features like call forwarding, voicemail, call waiting, and caller ID on a digital landline."

This isn't true. I have just had the service installed an voicemail is not available. When I contacted Octaplus I was told that they do not offer a voicemail service.

Also the customer portal DOES NOT WORK.

Avoid these liars!

Internet installation on time and very…

Internet installation on time and very smooth transition, today phone porting completed, thanks to Kananka, now just waiting for tv box to be delivered to finish the installation. Overall the whole process has been very smooth, OCTAPLUS has kept me informed every step of the way. Their staff and other third party members have all been extremely professional, polite and helpful people. Would recommend to anyone with my experience so far, internet speed very good and stable. Cannot comment on the tv as yet, (Tv-box not delivered yet) will review when completed. Thank you Octaplus. Alan

Very helpful team support

What made the experience great was the support of the team at octaplus reinstating my internet after was shutdown, due to error of the company mismanaging my payments.

Number porting

Recently I have moved to octaplus broadband network service provider, then I had issues porting number to octaplus from virgin media because the old provider caused some issues in their side, but I rang octaplus they have managed to resolve this issue, so the technical support just rang me today to ask if everything is resolved or not, so am happy with octaplus service. Thank you tofiq alam.

DON’T upgrade!! **update** They have for me connected, however only mobile phones work on the system, computers, TV’s, security cameras don’t work. This just gets worse Ive got to further payout £190 for an upgrade that may not solve it

Upgraded with them to the newer faster gigabit service, a massive mistake.
Decided Upgraded (with them) from a 900/900 to 1.8Gbps, was with them for 2 years:

After the upgrade it dropped from 750/750 (u/d) to a whopping low speed of 100/50 (u/d); a massive mistake upgrading with them to the newer system.
I used a deco mesh system which is far better than their system, the router they supply with the newer gigabit system is one of the worst routers I’ve ever come across, it’s very cheap and nasty hardware.
Tech support just blame characteristics of home and current network but don’t actually solve the issue.
Hopefully will get contract cancelled

Whatever you choose don’t go for the service that’s over 900mbps, it seriously is a rip off

Good experience after two months of…

Good experience after two months of contract. One issue I had internet was down after coming back from holidays. It took 24h for the tech support team to resolve it (static ip reset) but they did it. Very good real life speed vs advertised in my house, typically 600-700mb vs 1gb advertised.

From the start of Octaplus there was problems

From the start I order fibre opt, but was lie by the engineers about installation there was a agreement with the engineer and the co worker. I almost throwed them out of the house.
from there I had internet problem every week. being cut off and had to call in tech support. I have phone tech support over 7 time in this year alone.
the internet seem to be better now but I do feel like I need a new modem as it look like it came from the stone age.
I was allowed to change my password on the internet site. and the password is London. which is the capital of England, this is the most dumest password I ever seen. anyone can guess this password and I am now allowed to change because if the server from Octaplus dose a system cheek or an update and it kicks me of the 5g then I have to get an engineer to reset my Octaplus internet.

Is it getting better. I really don't know or understand why I am linked up to a signal booster if its fibre opt. It clearly not since fibre is thicker and also come's from the right side of the house not the left.
only reason I switched from virgin media to Octaplus was the cheap price.
