I am very sorry that you are unhappy with our service.
As we discussed via email, Royal Mail attempted delivery, on time 2 weeks ago but you were not in. This was then left at your local post office for collection or to book another delivery. Unfortunately we cannot do this for you nor can we refund the order while it can still be collected by the customer. As soon as we confirmed the order was being returned to sender, a full refund was issued.
I can also see that you have communicated with a member of our team this morning and confirmed that a full refund was sent several hours before leaving this review.
I understand you are disappointed that an order you placed with us was delivered while you weren't at home. We have apologised and done all we can to help.
Fantastic dog treats
I love Oh Doggy! It has the best treats for my chihuahua, all at brilliant prices which are often discounted.

Very Impressive
We have ordered online from Oh Doggy a couple of times now and have been delighted with the prompt delivery and products - our boy Loki especially loved the treats :). Super news that the new shop has also opened...we visited today (the first of many I expect!) and were very impressed by the quality and variety of doggy goodies and by the very warm welcome we received. Definitely worth a visit with your fur babies :)

Returns
Product was far too small, but told that
return fees were my responsibility. No warning prior to this before purchase (or I wouldn’t have bought the product) the crate weighs over 10kg so far too expensive to send back. Understand it’s a small business but no warning of the fees isn’t good enough
