Lack of communication
My item did arrive eventually but well out of timescales provided.
Sent emails to ask where the item was which I had no reply.
Which is very frustrating as you can’t contact them any other way.
Don’t think I will use them again.

When the order finally arrived
When the order finally arrived all items were as excepted as they are regular items that I buy for my fur babies! Delivery on the other hand took a whole week at £3.99. I did email and was told it would be 2-3 working days.
I couldn’t track it as I would have had to pay extra.

A great seller. The 100% Salmon Treats I purchased were at a good price and were delivered on time as described. I would definitely recommend Oh Doggy to friends and family.

Bought dog food , paid £6.99 DPD courier next day ..that was nearly a week ago now , no sign of food , nothing on tracking number..no reply to email to customer service and no reply to email asking for a refund .....unacceptable

We are very sorry for the delay with your order. Your order was dispatched on Thursday on a 24 hour service, which can take up to 2 working days.
Unfortunately there was a slight delay with this, thankfully the order was not lost and arrived 3 working days after dispatch. If you can reply to our last email I will arrange a partial refund of the shipping costs.
Sorry again for the inconvenience caused, we are just as frustrated as you are, unfortunately once our couriers have the orders it is out of our hands.

Goods have arrived.
First time i have ever used this Company. Order placed Saturday 26th February 2022 at 17:09.
Received text Monday 28th February 2022 at 10:55am to confirm item has been shipped.
Royal Mail tracking number provided.
The order is not shown on Royal Mail website.
Emailed Seller Friday 4th March 2022 at 14:46 to advise the item has not arrived, despite paying for 48hr delivery.
No response from Seller.
Shame as their prices seemed very reasonable.

We are very sorry for the delay with you order. As we mentioned via email we had delays with all of our Royal Mail orders that left last week and were trying to get an answer from Royal Mail as to why it was late. This and a 4pm finish on Friday meant we didn’t get an opportunity to reply to your Friday afternoon email until Monday. (We don't work weekends).
The number that Royal Mail updates you with is a proof of postage number as you didn’t select our tracked shipping service. This is there to show customers that Royal Mail have collected the order and have it in their possession. This was done early on Monday as expected.
As mentioned, unfortunately there was a delay with Royal Mail and the Royal Mail 48 which is usually 2-3 working days which took 5 working days also.
Again we are very sorry for this delay, we are always trying to improve our service and do everything we can to ensure a smooth process.

Excellent products and service so far!!
I ordered a set of Ovo eggs and got them really quickly. My cockapoo is quite destructive but these seem to resist him, maybe because he loves the way they bounce in random directions! I now have spares, as other dogs like them too and we nearly lost one the other day! 🐾❤
