The garment was advertised as a 'sweater'. It is no such thing, but a thin synthetic shirt of poor quality. The company said it was UK-based, but given the delivery time, it clearly isn't.
I asked to return it for a full refund (also offered under a 30-day return policy), but they demanded four photographs before accepting any return. I also see exactly the same ad now under a new name. A total scam!

Bought a dog lamp they said they are closing down showed two women in their 60's holding a large glass cut dog lamp when it came it was a small plastic lamp with a usb connector It cosr me £39 same one on Amazon for £12

The only way this company can improve is by being shut down. The garment I received yesterday after nearly 3 weeks is a total embarrassment. Bears absolutely no resemblance to what was on the website. Cheap, nasty, vile synthetic crap that I wouldn't have even paid £5 for if I'd known. Straight in the bin.

Total scam company. They offer you 20% refund and that's it. No where in their delivery or returns policy does it say the items will come from abroad, or need to be returned abroad. Hoping my credit card company can dispute the charges on my behalf. Really regret buying from this merchant.

I would award no stars if it were an option. Do not be hoodwinked into making an order from this company. The garments are dreadful - cheap fabric, non-existent 'craftsmanship' and, while the photos on the website show clothes that would be fun and cosy, the actual garments are quite frankly horrid. Trying to return them is a nightmare and I am furious about the whole thing. The whole thing is a scam.

Avoid this sham store at all costs. delayed delivery from China (despite the image of a London based store on their website) Cancelled order but was forced to take delivery and pay £30 delivery costs to return items tracked back to China. Still waiting for refund for items that were cheap and nothing like the images portrayed. Would give minus stars if i could - disgusting!!!

I am sure this is the company I bought a bag from a couple of years ago
They advertised lots of bags with pictures of animals and various other pictures on them reduced to £29.99
My partner offered to buy one I chose the one with a black cat on it looked lovely
I had to wait a long time for it to arrive and when it did finally arrive it had stitching all over the picture totally ruining it nothing like the original bag
I asked for a refund but they said I would have to return it and pay the return postage
I was furious so I told them I would be seeking the help of Trading Standards if they did not give me a refund
Well surprise surprise a refund followed shortly afterwards !
People beware don't go near this company they are a right scam !

They are now trading under the name Olivia Gray Manchester but the same scam. DO NOT USE. The clothes are cheap rubbish and there is no reasonable returns policy despite their promise of a 30 day money back guarantee.

Absolutely misled. Fabric was cheap synthetic,poorly made. Not as the picture looked at all. I nievely thought it was a UK firm, but found it would cost £25 to return package to China. They offered 10% of purchase price plus I could keep the item...
What a waste of money. Lesson learnt there.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star. Please do not order anything from this company. I ordered a two piece, trousers and top which looked lovely on the picture . When it arrived I could not believe what trash it was. It cost me £59 for what I only could describe as not even worth £5. The material was so cheap I couldn’t believe it and the size was completely wrong. It had landed in the bin. This company is a complete scam. Beware.

The ultimate nightmare in online shopping. One star is too much for them! they deserve none. Nothing about OliviaLondon is true or close to what they advertise. They are not based in London but in China, where the cheap and horrendous imitations of your order (no their products) is starting to be produced as soon as you make the purchase, and where you should return it if you are unhappy, of course on your own account! which cost you more that what you bought. The way they announce their discounts are very misleading, before you realise you have ordered more than one and the same item, and even if you try to correct immediately it is too late because once you have clicked the key the order is gone and irreversible. What they send you is not what they make you think you are buying, noting to do with the pictures in their adverts. What you receive is cheap, ugly, bad materials, not stylist,...A lie and a deception from beginning to end. Liars and thieves.

The products are not as they appear on their website the material is cheap and very shabby stitching. When trying to return the dresses I got the run around they first offered me 10% refund and to keep the dresses then when I refused they offered me 20% which I refused then 30% again I refused I did not want to keep the dresses I just wanted to get my money back.
I finally went to my bank and raised a claim Nationwide were amazing very helpful and they managed to win my claim for me.

Do not buy anything from this company what you will receive from China are cheap nylon ‘copies’ of the pictures on the website. Nothing like the actual products advertised.

Scam!!! Do not buy from these. Dresses took ages to arrive. Nothing like the photos. Cheap material and tack. Advertised as a Manchester company but when you want to return, the return address is China!
When they email back, my server does not recognise and says it's because it's a possible scam!!!

They are worth about £4.00 maximum, plastic and cheap, from China, previously sold by a ‘Cambridge’ Company with similar pictures.
