Olivia London, Olivia Gray Manchester…all the same sham company. I ordered a dress from Olivia Gray Manchester be delivered via Royal Mail, believing it was coming from Manchester. Silly me, it’s currently in China according to the tracking. I just know it will be a piece of rubbish with no practical returns available when/if it ever turns up.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I ordered a dress advtertised as cotton/linen mix - the label was 100% polyester! The website offered me discount on second dress which auto selected same dress (which I couldn't cancel) - so I had two I didn't want.
I wanted to return goods and they kept offering discount then an address in China for return. They just want to keep your money and not have goods returned or give a refund if they can help it. The charity shop will be getting the dresses. It will cost me more to send on a tracked parcel then the refund.
Totally dishonest and misleading advertising of their products. Do not buy.

Do not believe what this company says on its website, which looks trustworthy.
I ordered a dress that my wife had selected and when it arrived she didn't like it, leaving it in the unopened plastic wrapper.
I looked at the returns policy on the website which says all emails are answered within 24 hours and requested a refund, giving all the required information.
Despite sending several further emails, no reply. So this company is to be avoided. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before buying!

Ordered some trainers online without checking with Trustpilot first, big mistake! When they arrived, they smelt so awful and looked so cheap that they went straight into the bin. If I can prevent someone else from wasting their money, this review will not be in vain...

This is a complete scam. Sounds like a uk company. Looks like a uk company. Actually a chinese company. They make it impossible to return items. I have referred them to trading standards and got my bank onto them. Avoid like the plague. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This is not a legitimate company the clothes are cheap, poor quality from China, pretending to be based in Europe. Never buy anything from them. They dont have a return service despite promises on the website.

Do NOT buy the sandals. Cheap. Nasty. Poor Fit. Will go straight in the bin. A complete and utter scam.

I would put zero stars if I could. I ordered earrings and bangles but neither arrived, said they were returned to supplier. Unable to get any help from the website. As I paid through PayPal I was able to get a refund so would recommend this to anyone who paid with this method. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AS IT IS A TOTAL SCAM SITE.

Don’t be fooled by this website. Olivia London my arse! Olivia China is more like It. I ordered a shorts suit, Jacket and matching shorts, size M, that looked lovely on the site, took ages to arrive and what a disappointment. Tiny package arrived eventually with a screwed up ensemble inside it. Awful cheap material, tiny shorts. After reading other reviews I know it’s not worth returning it as it will only bounce back to me after paying extortionate postage. I’ve washed and ironed it, took ages to get the crease's out and it still looks a mess especially around the collar and lapel area that is badly sewn. Lesson learned, no more buying on line. I’m extremely disappointed and I wish some authority would stop these people/companies from false advertising and dupeing customers

This is a scam company, pretending to be in the UK but clearly a front for cheap Chinese clothes that take weeks to arrive with no way of returning them. They operate under many names with many types of AI instagram ads - don't fall for it.

Massive scam and an overall headache. Dresses were horrific and looked nothing like the photos. I requested a return immediately which resulted in them offering partial refunds. The return address is in CHINA, despite the use of London in the title - cost £25. The items have been stuck at customs and they are making no effort to retrieve them. Been a 2 month back and forth.

Placed an order back in May saw advertisement on Facebook.
Thought i was dealing with a reputable company but so wrong. I haven't received any delivery.
Contacted company but the emails just can't get sent through.
Usually I am very cautious but this time didn't do enough research into the company.
If anyone else is thinking of using them DON'T

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. UTTER SCAM!!! Took a month to arrive and when it did I was absolutely shocked. Looked nothing like the pictures, material was cheap and nasty and over the experience was horrific. Asked for a refund to be told I had to pay for international fees, then they would basically find a way not for refund the items. They offered 25% refund. Lesson learnt.

I would not recommend buying from this company. The products I received were poor quality, and similar items can be found on other sites for a fraction of the price.

The website advertises easy returns, but my experience was very different. Instead of providing a straightforward return process, they repeatedly offered partial refunds to discourage me from returning the items. When I insisted on a full refund and requested to return my order, I was given a return address in China. The cost of postage was so high that it made returning the items impractical.

In my experience, the returns policy is misleading, and customer service made it unnecessarily difficult to obtain a full refund. I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, because that is what this company deserves.
They advertise that a full refund is available, but after sending two emails and having to chase them for a response, I received the following message stating that returns to China are unreliable, that 9 out of 10 parcels allegedly never arrive, and that return shipping costs are very expensive and entirely at the customer's risk.
Instead of honouring their advertised refund policy, they offered me only a 20% refund to keep the item or suggested I pay additional shipping costs for a replacement.
Offering a full refund in the terms and conditions but then discouraging customers from returning items by warning that parcels will probably be lost is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should be aware of this before purchasing.

Absolutely terrible. This company although they suggested they were a UK based firm, they are from China.

The items do not reflect what is advertised, using cheap synthetic materials and sewn in a way that my child could do better.

Refund process is appalling offering 20% of the total value to keep the rubbish items. Otherwise it is at your expense to ship back internationally to China.
