This company,Olivia Rose London!gives the impression of a UK brand, but the return process involves sending items internationally at the customer’s expense. The quality of the product I received was disappointing and not as expected.Customer service offered only a partial refund, leaving the customer with an unsatisfactory solution. I recommend checking the return policy carefully before purchasing.

Be warned! This is a Chinese company not UK or Europe as it appears. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering. Bought a pair of sandals, came in a plastic bag and took ages to arrive. Although they look ok, they are cheap materials and definitely not worth £40 paid. If my feet get hot, they stick to the underneath and make a suction sound when walking. If they had cost £10 it wouldn’t have been too bad but feel cheated by the advert as they are a load of rubbish.

Absolute rubbish! Not from London as advertised. Not quality. My shoes were cheap plastic and went straight in the bin. Not worth my while stressing about trying to return them after reading these reviews. Fake advertising. Lesson learnt - check reviews before buying. There are too many scam sites like these pretending to be quality companies. Scam - do not use

If I could give 0 I would !! TERRIBLE customer service, it took nearly 4 weeks to receive my dresses to then find out I could return until they email you with the relevant refund documents. They take FOREVER to reply & do not take any responsibility for the length of time it took for my dresses to arrive. I paid for delivery however where I was advised it would take 7 days, not 28 days!!
I’m the quality of the dresses was awful & their adverts are AI generated !! PLEASE stay away & don’t waste your money

What you receive is nothing like what you think you are buying, then they make it so hard to return anything.
Don't waste your money! Also be aware they trade under different aliases.

In my opinion this is not a genuine Clothes Store. It has no address on its website whereby you can visit and see their clothing. It is difficult to find straightforward information on returning substandard purchases. It is only when you dig through their Return Policy that you realise it is a Chinese company masquerading as a clothing store. If it were a quality product it shouldn't matter where it came from. However, the word "quality" is missing from this lexicon.
The penny dropped when I began to receive emails from a French site letting me know that my purchase was in transit to me. On researching "Calene Paris" who were the communicator, I found their website flipped me back to "Olivia Rose London".
The item took a month to arrive. There wasn't any return address label or paperwork with the item. The carrier label was stuck over another label that bore Chinese characters. The item does not look like the photograph on the website. The stitching is poorly done. The skirt does not contain enough material to be described as A line. It splits up the front and shows your underwear if you attempt to walk in it. The hem is uneven at the front and there is no facing lining the opening. The v-neck is so low it is almost to your waist revealing your chest and bra. It is appalling!
I have learned an important lesson - do not take anything being sold on the internet at face value until you have fully researched and can verify it and trustworthy.Returning it to China as the website instructs is not an option as it costs more than it is worth. Which is probably what was intended and the manufacturer is laughing all the way to the bank at some old lady being scammed out of her meager resources.

Olivia Dean is amazing unfortunately the O2 didn’t get the sound right it wasn’t a good sound for people in the boxes. Very distorted, we couldn’t hear Olivias’ lyrics.

If I could do less, I would. Ordered 3 dresses, 1 didn't even look like the picture and the other 2 both had dodgy zips that would only go up with a fight. Asked to return, had to jump through ridiculous hoops, ask, send photo of packaging, send picture of items then post back to China!! Stupidly thought it was London due the company (not a mistake I will repeat). £30 later I've returned the items - who wants to place a bet on whether I get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible terrible quality. Not what was described snd they are making it impossible to return. I’ve gone through various rounds of emails and waiting to hear the postage cost

Absolutely disgusting of a company NOT London based there from hong king or china this company is a fraud ! I’ve waited now 16 days since payment and only got informed via email today they are just sending it from china ! I’m reporting this company to trading standards ! It’s a disgrace and they’re misleading all their customers ! Don’t even want the item now !!!!

This is a scam company in China. They use AI images to sell you the dream of high quality clothing but what they send is disgustingly cheap fabric and bears no relation to what you have paid for. I don’t understand why this is not stopped but I feel that Instagram is in on it. No negative comments are allowed on their page! Please don’t fall for this disgraceful scam

I wouldn’t even give it one star. The company is set up to sound uk based but they are Chinese. You cannot contact them to exchange or return product. Do not touch them.

How is company allowed to exist?

Advertising suggests it’s based in London but when I asked to return a dress that didn’t fit and was of poor quality the address provided was in China which costs a fortune !

Package stuck in customs and company not willing to help.

Absolutely rubbish. I can’t believe how this company can advertise products that aren’t what the customer wants. The dress and jumper set I ordered arrived 3 weeks after I submitted payment and to say the quality is absolutely awful is an understatement. Do not buy from this site it is a scam

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.
Not London at all, they are in China. Took ages to arrive. Items are cheap nasty quality, not at all like the picture described.
I ordered 2 dresses that I am struggling to get refund for. They are asking me for pictures of packaging, what the items look like. Surely they know what my order is and the size of the package.
It is a joke and I am a lot of money out of pocket.
