Amazing quality scrubs which are so comfortable during my long shifts
These are the best quality scrubs I have ever worn! They fit so well and are very comfortable throughout my shift, and retain their quality even after countless washes. The pockets and pen holder are practical additions that I now could not live without!
I would definitely recommend ONCALL LONDON to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable pair of scrubs that will last them a long time.

Not received refund/No communication
There's no customer support service. Bought a few pairs of scrubs, and sizing was off for me. I asked them for return and refund, to which they initially replied and sent me a return label. It's been more than a week now that I've returned the scrubs. They've not given me the refund. They're not replying to my emails or messages on social media. I didn't want to do this, but I've no other option that posting it publicly. So, currently I've no scrubs and have not received my money back and there's no communication from their team. Not recommended at all. I'll make sure to report them as well.

When items are returned, it typically takes a few days for them to arrive back at our fulfilment centre. Once received, the products are inspected to ensure they are in their original condition. This process, along with the refund transaction, usually takes 7-10 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days.
