Great service again
As previously used, I expected same good service and it was. Next time though I will pay for a blood teat as getting a sample from a finger was difficult! Results came through quickly

My second visit.
(I did not need advice, being a retired physician, but information is available and clear)
Easy to book the appointment
Easy to later adjust the appointment when I needed to.
Pleasant always helpful staff.
Seen earlier than my appointment time.
Good phlebotomy service - I have not ‘the best veins‘!
Tested at lunchtime.
Results by encrypted email account later the same day.
Amazing !!!
My only quibble is that I would prefer results (with normal ranges) in numerical presentation, rather than graphical where ai had to click on each result to obtain the number.
This MAY be because I did not find any other prrsentation option

Thank you very much for your amazing review of our service. I would recommend going to the Health Dashboard and then go to lab files and click the blue button that says 'download all reports combined '. Hope this helps.
Effective and efficient
One day tests was quite effective and efficient. I ordered a self test kit, made sure i followed the instructions of resending it back and got my results the next day at midday.
The only thing that worried me a-bit was the price but i guess it comes with the cost as it is private.
Good service, will definitely be coming back.

Lost Trust After This Experience
This was my third visit to One Day Tests, and I’ve never had an issue before. On this occasion, however, a blood sample sent to an external lab was flagged with a question about how the sample had been handled. When I raised this with One Day, their response was defensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude even implying I was at fault for asking the question (which had actually come from the lab itself). I followed up to complain but received no response. For a company dealing with something as sensitive as people’s health, I would have expected empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning.
