One Day Tests - Hove Avis 

I had an appointment for a blood test at the Brighton and Hove Centre. Dominica, a phlebotomist, took my blood. She was extremely professional and nice. I’ve had unpleasant experiences in the past with NHS staff at maternity centre who weren’t trained phlebotomists, so I decided to go to a private clinic this time. Thankfully, Dominica did a perfect job.
I’m very happy with their efficient service and the quick, same-day results.
I recommend everyone to make sure that only phlebotomists take your blood sample, otherwise, it might ruin your mental impression of what a blood test should be like.

Went for a blood test at the Hove Centre and the Phlebotomist was very pleasant and very good. I was very impressed with the service. I booked the test and received the blood results in the afternoon.

The service was great from start to finish. I attended the clinic in Hove at 1pm and had all of my test results by 6pm that same day.

Excellent service, very friendly

False promise of getting the results the same day in order to help me then next day when I go to question where the results are I get told “I shouldn’t have even tried to help you get your results early” by the lady who took the blood test and walking away from me whilst I am still talking to her saying “conversation ends here”. So incredibly RUDE. Not to mention they NEVER answer their phones in the clinic. Dreadful experience.

Excellent service. Had blood taken by Dominica at the Hove clinic who was very friendly and advised me on a test I should have done based on my symptoms I was experiencing. The results came back within 3 hours which highlighted a few issues which have now been passed on to my GP. Thank you.

Brilliant service as usual. When you need quick and trustworthy results One day tests is your place. Have been using their service in Hove and Crawley, Dominica is brilliant and the whole service is very good. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!

Quick, easy to book, helpful.

I had to rebook due to staff illness, but once there the service was great. Friendly, efficient, and fast.

The experience of getting the test carried out was excellent and the lady was lovely. Just disappointed that I receive no help analyzing the results without paying for another appointment. The review of the results would surely have taken only 2 minutes!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking with Emma was great- she was kind, professional and took time to find what I needed. The test itself with Dominica was amazing- I hate blood tests normally but she was so professional and put me at ease straight away. And the results came back the same day! A great experience- I highly recommend this to anyone.

Just finished my third appointment at the Hove clinic. Dominique has always been friendly, warm and very welcoming. I can’t fault the lead time on the past two results, with them coming in either same day by the evening or the very next next day. They have set the bar high and hope the service I received continues.
