Ordered a Beaufort bath panel described as 5mm thick acrylic. What I got was very flimsy 2.5 mm rubbish. Delivery on the other hand was very quick

UPDATE 3/5/2024
I have upgraded my rating now to 5 stars as I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone this morning who advised me that my radiator is due in the warehouse today. When I said that I had still not received my invoice she sent it whilst I was on the phone and it arrived promptly.
Quality of the radiators seem excellent.

Following on from my previous review, after changing the size of my radiators the refund I received was less than expected. After emailing the company I was fobbed off with an excuse, I persevered and was eventually reimbursed the remainder of the refund.
One radiator is on back order and due in on 1st May, yesterday, I have received no emails or messages letting me know if it is in or not, have tried phoning several times but no one picks up.
Please sort out the confirmation of orders and invoices would be nice. I have to wait for delivery company to phone to arrange delivery as that is the only way I will know if the radiator is now in stock!!!

Excellent price for a non-standard size bath.
