A Great Compant to be With
Ive been with OneUtility for two years and I've had absolutely no problems with them. They manage all my utility bills, I pay less than I ever have and the customer service is outstanding. Every enquiry Ive made has been handled quickly and efficiently and with kindness. I 100% recommend this company 😊.

I ended my package with the company after a year as I was moving house and I received an email mentioning the bills package was being renewed. I was sure this was an error and went to the online chat to ask for clarity and confirmation that the package had infact ended and was not being renewed. I talked to Liam G and he looked into this for me and it had been an error and I was right that the email had been sent in error. He sent me an email confirming this and was very helpful. Overall a great experience when I was getting worried about bills and to have someone to talk to that was helpful was a big relief. The confirmation was a relief too.

Very confusing - not sure it's any better value
I moved from a rental property to a mortgaged property on 24th April, and continued with One Utility Bill as believed it would be easier and potentially cheaper option for me.
Today I got an email through saying that "Your final balance amount has been adjusted by £-202.75 to a new total of £253.28." Now there is no explanation as to what this relates to, either the discount (how is this calculated?) or what the £253.28 is for. I clicked on the dashboard link - and got this message "Final balance
Unable to access your Final Balance at this time. You will be contacted by us if you are required to manage a Final Balance"!!!
The whole billing process is very unclear. I arranged a callback for 1.45pm today to try to get an explanation, and got an invite through - but no phone call!!! Eventually I used their chat tool and was given an explanation about termination fee from Virgin Media - it would have been good to have been told this when I advised One Utility Bill that I was moving.
I find their billing is very confusing - it certainly is not clear and transparent. And trying to actually speak to someone is very difficult. I'll work out how long each of my contracts are and then will cancel these in sufficient time to enable me to arrange my own gas/electricity, broadband and TV licence, next year.
If you are reviewing One Utility Bill prior to signing up, I'd certainly say do not sign up, but try to arrange things yourself as you'll save a hefty management fee (which seems pointless) and you'll be in control of what you get. If you are in the 14 day cooling off period, then please review your 'package' and look at the options available to you. I really suspect that One Utility Bill will screw me for gas/electricity come the next price review, but of course I am tied into their 'prefential deal'.

Hamzeh was so helpful! I spoke to him a few times over the course of the last couple days in the hopes of finding the perfect bills package for myself and my housemates. He was able to match my quote from another provider, and was friendly, enthusiastic and patient doing so. I would definitely recommend speaking to Hamzeh if you are looking for the same.
