Offers great customer service
I had a firsthand experience of good customer service delivery by One Utility staff representatives particularly Aimee who gave me a detailed explanation of why my energy switch to a new supplier (Octopus Energy) was been rejected before my contract end date (30th April 2026) with British Gas. She was calm, detailed and reassurring that all will eventually go well with my switch after my contract end date with them (One Utility) as my utility was managed on my behalf through British Gas.

Makes your life so much easier by setting up all the deals with all the companies and you just pay the whole lot in one easy monthly payment. Lovely. Customer service is excellent and the support is faultless. Never has paying bills been so easy. Wish I had this option in all my previous homes. Would highly recommend.
