One utility saved the day.
We were in the process of returning to UK from living in Europe, one utility arranged to have all the required services up and running for our return. One utility saved my wife and I a lot of time and effort, we can't thank them enough, would recommend them to our friends and family.
While we were in Spain Charlotte Lomas gave us a lot of help and understanding , her help is much appreciated, she is a very friendly helpful person.

Spoke with aimee today, i only gave 5 stars because it was the max... this woman deserves all the stars in the sky !! I had what looked like missed payments causing my bill to look like i owed a lot of money, aimee found,explained and sorted things within minutes... then went on to help me change my payment date and asked if there were other changes i would like to make that i didnt know where even an option !! Stand out customer service as always.... bravo oneutilitybill, you do find the best people for your customer services everytime.

Due to unforeseen circumstance I have to leave my house of 15yrs and just lost my husband and due to my health had to terminate my contract in work of nearly 8yrs my head as been so mashed I'm bereaving all over again so I'm moving from Bolton to be near my son in Middlesbrough. Massive move and heartache but Callem put me at easy. Such a credit

Hugely over-priced.
JustMoveIn subcontracted my utilities through One Utility Bill. It is emphasised that clients do not pay a fee. However, the package I was given was three times the price of my utilities in my old (bigger) house over the winter. I am renting for six months over the summer. It was easy and far cheaper to source utility companies via comparison sites myself. It was then exceptionally difficult to cancel, and they clearly do tgheir best to try to stop you doing that. People should be aware that they may well be paying far more than they need to do, and that there are quick, easy and cheaper ways to sort their utilities when moving, however tempting this might be. I think this may become a mis-selling scandal.

Was recommended One Utility Bill when I moved house and really glad I am using it.
All main bills paid in one go each month at a set price regardless of how much electricity, gas and water I use.
I will be adding broadband as well once my contract runs out as I’ve already been quoted much cheaper than I’m paying now directly to Virgin and will get the same broadband speeds & tv packages!
