Daniel, money can’t buy great customer service, and yours truly stands out, thank you for the excellent support. Daniel made my life so much easier by assisting me with my inquiries. Overall, Oneutillity is an amazing energy provider. I been with them for year something now. I have been in my lowest and they’re so helpful and understanding. Has long you call Inform them of your circumstances I guarantee you this you will be helped. I highly recommend them. I have never come across any bad experiences from them I hope I’m not. Phone manner and general attitude of all staff has been great.
I imagine they deal with a lot of flustered or frustrated people so nice to see them able to maintain friendly interaction, patience for silly questions and support throughout.

I find my experience with them bad .
The call back experience was amazing, until I sent a counter mail , I can’t continue the service due to the amount involved. Remember it was a just a day conversation. I am yet to know , if they cancelled the contract or not on several mails sent to them.

Though on a call queue for a few minutes, I spoke to a lovely Hayley who was willing to help me and did exceed expectations by calmly explaining cancellation policies and offering future help.

Joe was the kindest guy!!!
Our package was no rush to him, he waited until we were completely ready, left me messages on updates!
He was patient beyond belief and very very understanding.
I don't think I've ever spoke to anyone in sales and been so comfortable!
Joe explained everything thoroughly, nd not just once either, you could tell he was passionate about this work for his clients.
I am over the moon that Joe rang me and we can save money being such a big family.
Its work asking questions because Joe certainly had the answers.
A very easy to talk to, down to earth Geordie.

Kirsty helped me with all the things needed for first moving in, she was really kind and down to earth and explained everything easily for me as someone who doesn’t truly understand everything for first moving out.
Everything was sorted within the phone call and all links needed for each thing I decided to use.
