Excellent advice and efficient service
Excellent advice over the telephone, a full explanation of what documents we need to begin selling our house and an efficient service purchasing the relevant deeds. The documents were disappointingly slim, but the experience of obtaining them was efficient and enjoyable. Thank you.

Do not waste your money on this…
Do not waste your money on this service; they were unable to locate the title deeds ( so they stated) even though we gave them all the information required.
Feels as though this is a scam website

Overall very helpful - but feels very expensive to gain access to an electronic document but you’re over a barrel as it’s the only source of the documents!
