On Top Up provides an easy way to purchase topup vouchers and credit for Pay As You Go mobile phones. We cover all the major phone networks, allowing users to add multiple phones on different networks to their account, and topup whenever they need.

Please note, that any accounts that opt-in to Auto Topup will have their subscription renewed automatically each month, and for security purposes you will need to log into your account in order to apply the credit to your mobile phone.

Our optional Auto Topup service allows users to automatically buy a topup every month, to help ensure they never run out of credit on their phone(s). The Auto Topup service can be started and paused or cancelled at any time simply by clicking a button in the user account area.

They DO NOT TOP UP YOUR PHONE !

They DO NOT TOP UP YOUR PHONE !! They charge you £12 for a £10 voucher, they send email you a voucher number you then have to manually enter into your phone. Most other service 1) Dont charge you a 20% fee and 2) automatically top up your phone. I will not go near them again.

A trustworthy top-up company? I'm very unsure.

It was far from obvious to me that paying this company for a top-up is NOT actually paying the network provider. There seems to be a great risk of them making unexpected charges. I thought that I was paying Vodafone as I intended. How mistaken I was!
I will NOT be clicking the button in their email ,'Get Your Top Up' as I do not believe that it is safe and can be trusted.
I hope that I am wrong.
It would be better if this company's trading modus operandus was far more transparent.
Perhaps others have had very satisfying experiences but I will certainly not be trading with them again.

I almost used this company to top up my…

I almost used this company to top up my "pay as you go" EE account. And then I realised they charge a fee of amost £6 for a £30 top up. When I went to search for EE anonymous top up this company came up first on Google search. Be careful where you click!

Waste my £11.89 GBP, not able to use

Waste my money and time. At first, I thought it was the official EE website to top up, so I completed the purchase. Then realized I was not able to use the credit/voucher because my current EE mobile phone had no credit to call to redeem the credit. I contacted their help thru chat box. She said my purchase cannot be refund even if I was not able to use the voucher. She said because the PIN was generated, it was ALL in the policy. I should contact EE to figure out.

auto deduct money without you knowing…

auto deduct money without you knowing and removing your payment detail is not even on the site you need to contact their support which they don't respond!!

this is the first time I've used this…

this is the first time I've used this company to top up my mobile, I topped up by £10...they then charged £1.80 , for processing , hours later and the topup has not been added to my phone, which is not good enough, I paid by cc, I have also closed the account, so next thing I'll do is contact my cc company, I have emailed ontopup. I'm not giving them any longer .
