Customer service was fantastic, and product was exactly as described.

Perfect customer service ! The software was available for download via a link and product key. The firewalls on my PC were causing a few issues however the Opensmarttech customer help line immediately responded to my messages and talked me through the installation process step by step - they could not have been more helpful, and as I said, the issue was with the firewall on my PC not the Opensmarttech software that I had purchased.  

Great price and service. Got me up and running in no time. Highly recommended

When contacted - resent all emails regarding selected product even at 8pm!!! Great service.

The cost of the product was excellent value, easy to follow instructions, and even encountering a problem with my installation the tech team were there and replied within 24hrs and cured my problem do I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from opensmarttech again in the future

Ordered MS Professional Plus 2016 on 4 April 2026. They said order was processed and would receive download and activation instructions, but they were never received. Sent 3 emails and numerous WhatsApp messages. They said I would receive a refund in 3 to 10 days, but, again, never received. Now going through credit card dispute process. Very disappointed, won't use again. 😡

Had a problem with the email coming through to my email (not their fault). Spoke to them via Whatsapp and within 15 minutes my License number was sent through to me and I could complete the install. Will use them again!

They do take a while to respond but please don’t get disheartened as they do respond. Had issues with my Microsoft project down load. But the person on the other end of WhatsApp talked me through what to do and now works. 😮‍💨 I had my doubts but they proved me wrong will defo use again and sooooo much cheaper than Microsoft

Paid for software via credit card yesterday 20/04/26. Received receipt but no software link or activation code 30 hours later. No response from WhatsApp

i purchased Microsoft 2024 professional plusx1,
installed all ok then 1 month later cant do anything i am blocked, i never received a product key.

Just purchased office 19 pro,the activation key did not work i contacted them through whatsapp,took a couple of hours to respond.They walked me through the telephone activation which worked first time of trying all good.

Beware! This is not a legitimate software company , they are scammers with very good marketing. I purchase Microsoft office & activation key would not work, tried emailing, WhatsApp no reply or help at all. I got duped… please don’t get scammed & do not buy from this company!

Shocking experience. Bought a product which was incorrect but impossible to contact the company for a return. No answers to WhatsApp, email, messages on the website. The idea they give 24 hour support is a joke. Customer care is non-existent. Don’t touch them.

I ODERED THE SOFTWARE WHICH HAD A BUG IN IT, TRIED TO GET HELP VIA PHONE MESSAGES ANS EMAILS BUT COULD GET NO RESPONSE SO I DID CHECK BACK VIA MY BANK AND GOT MY MONEY BACK
ON THE COMPANY CHECK SITE THEY WERE DOWN FOR DISSOLVING BUT I SEE THIS HAS NOW BEEN WITHDRAWN,
THEY USED TO BE IN LONDON BUT NOW IN CARDIFF
I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL IF I WERE YOU...EMPTOR CAVEAT!!!

After 2 days, I was finally able to reach someone to guide me with activation

I have tried to down Microsoft Office to no avail. I have tried to call them on WhatsApp, contact them on WhatsApp, email and messaged them and guess what ?
Yep no response at all !
I know it's no a lot of money but their web site boasts 24 /7 help and that's just no right. I feel now I've been conned .

I paid for MS Office Pro 2021 and 24 hours later still had not received my download link or key. Sent three emails and had no reply. I cancelled my credit card payment. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The issue identified of compulsory wind up at companies house is true. I had already ordered Visual studio, this was delivered and it has installed and correctly registered. I hope the chap gets his issue sorted as he is a great resource for stuff I couldn't otherwise afford.
