I just wanted to say thank you to you and your company for arranaging our Cruise holiday.
We had an amazing time and all connections / transfers were as expected. We did have to change the time of two transfers because of the ships timings but the transfer company were very good and changed the times without any problems.

We won't hesitate to use your company in the future.

Great package deal, excellent value. I would specifically like to mention the exceptional service from Kenny who, from start to finish, promptly responded to my emails/queries and ensured that everything ran smoothly

Agent very helpful. Listened to needs.

Kenny was prompt, courteous, professional and very eager to meet our requirements

The service and personal attention from Kenny was excellent , our trip including flights, two hotel stays and a cruise went without any hitch and the hotels picked were outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend Optimus and Kenny

If your’e looking for friendly, professional and impartial advice for your all important family get aways then Kenny is your man.
My family rely on Kenny for their vacations.

This is our first experience of Optimus Travel and Kenny so far, only booked a holiday package and travelling early next year, has been excellent advising on a cruise and stay package. Including advice on tailoring our package to suit us and for how long to stay in each place as well as advising on specific trips in different cities. Also seems great value compared to some purpose built packages from other Travel Agents. Would highly recommend and will add another review after our holiday early next year.

Kenny has always been very professional towards me and my family we always use Kenny for booking holidays

Kenny very helpful as usual. Booked several holidays with him and never a problem, sorted a lot for us during Covid cancellations/rebooking and always a good deal.

Very pleased with the time and effort taken to get me the holiday I wanted . Kenny was very helpful . Looking forward for to the trip now

Knowledge about the location / cruise we wanted to go on.
Kenny was helpful in sorting out additional requirements i.e. special assistance at the cruise terminal.

Bought Finland holiday tickets from optimus travel. They gave me a very good deal on flight tickets and hotel. All went smoothly.
