OptoutMonster of their "auto upgrades".
Our account auto upgraded, whatever that means, despite the fact we hadn't used it for months and we were billed nearly $1,000.
We didn't get any notification and by the time we noticed the charge on our statements were told it couldn't be cancelled as we are outside the 14 day windrow. The strict policy of not refunding after 14 days is quoted a lot in these reviews, the fact they need a strict policy suggests that lots of people are not happy!.
So be careful what you sign up for.

They will auto-renew you for WAY more than you think
Unbelievably bad customer service. Bought a one-year contract, had no idea that it was going to automatically renew. It automatically renewed for a LOT more money than I paid for the first year. I have gotten ALMOST ZERO leads, and even less good ones. When I asked for a PARTIAL refund, once I saw that this renewed for ALMOST $1,000, they replied that I missed my 14-day window and it was non-negotiable. I will be filing this review every single place I can find so that people don't fall for this company's terrible antics.

Whole company has a scammer vibe...
Whole company has a scammer vibe. Agreed to do their yearly and after they tried to upsell me 9 more times getting to checkout they begrudgingly let me pay them.
Ultimately I fell susceptible to their upsell / save bajillion % now if you pay for a year because - hey - I have a great business idea - why not?
Well, my business did not succeed and I paid them many hundreds of dollars up front.
When I asked support for a refund for the months I have not used their support replied with a soulless canned response (was literally 6 paragraphs replied 5 minutes after I requested my refund)
So here is my issue -- value is value. I give value for value in return. If I give you more value then you have provided what right do you have to keep my value? In my book that would be called stealing -- your service no longer has value for me since the business has failed...
It's a scheme, a loophole, whatever you want to call it but it's not right. I have not USED your service you have no right to keep my money. Keep what I used and give me back the rest.
Sure...you can hide behind your Terms of Service (yawn) but is that right? I think we all know the answer to that...

ZERO subscribers and ZERO support.
I started using the tool on my website and I kept receiving emails saying I was reaching the limit of subscribers, but see nothing on the Wordpress dashboard.
They are good on trying to charge my credit card. I was smarter and blocked it before they did. What they are NOT good at is on giving support. There is NO way you can contact them if you are not a paying user yet.
