My first order from this company. The Hornchurch antique bronze mantel clock, an anniversary gift for my son and daughter in law. It has arrived today and I am absolutely delighted with it. It is beautiful and I know they will love it. Very good communication with delivery and arrived today as I was advised it would. I would buy again from Otello’s home and would recommend highly.

I'm so sorry to hear how disappointed you've felt, I completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting on an order, and I want to assure you that we’ve done everything possible to get it to you as quickly as we can.
As we explained via email, the items in your order were from our supplier in the Netherlands, which is why we advise an extended estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 weeks for these items. We had initially expected to receive your items at our warehouse at the beginning of last week which was well within this window. However, due to a backlog at Dutch customs affecting outbound exports, the shipments to us were delayed, which unfortunately caused our scheduled delivery slot to be pushed back to the following week.
Despite the delays, we’ve worked hard to ensure your order was dispatched as quickly as possible. Your items arrived at our warehouse yesterday and has now been sent via next-day delivery, meaning your order will arrive within 4 weeks of your original order date — just outside the estimated 2–3 week timeframe.
We’re so proud to maintain a 98% success rate in delivering orders on time or earlier than estimated. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, external factors such as these delays can affect this, and while these situations are beyond our control, we always do our utmost to minimise disruption for our customers.
We completely understand how frustrating delays can be and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated, and if there’s anything more we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
