Good product
Arrived on time, excellent match for previous decking, easy to cut. Packing appeared very good but slight bits had broken off end of bottom plank but this didn’t cause a problem as planks were cut off for size required

Good product great staff!
Product is excellent solves lots of uneven ground issues for patio deck install and is ideal for going over existing patio if you want a deck but dont want to remove patio also...

Really good company - Anton went above and beyond of a weekend checking when the delivery was coming and the fitters Toby and Andrew were just great. The decking is lovely and we are enjoying it already

The customer service was exceptional. The delivery was fast and came a day early. They went above and beyond to draw design diagrams and measurements, and even free delivery on the extra items i required.

Sample Showcase
Received the sample showcase which is really heavy because of all the samples of porcelain slabs. Luckily I don't have to keep lugging it about. Inside was about 50 pens, think they just wanted to fill it up. Also the jig is pointless I thought as the feet are different to the ones I've had before, I think it should be kept separate so the customer can be shown how it all goes together rather than looking at a block of mess. It's not worth the money. Should just get individual samples

Good morning Gary, thanks for your review. Sorry you're not happy with the sample case, as promised on the website and over the phone, feel free to return for a full refund.
Your feedback is very interesting, pretty much all the trades people who are using them are finding them a really useful and professional bit of kit.
The case is heavy (32kg to be precise) as also explained over the phone and on the website, this is obviously becuase it contains a large range of surface finishes.
If you feel it is pointless and not worth the money, then as I mentioned we will take it back and refund.

Unsuitable lengths
Product looked excellent but only available in 3m lengths which would mean a lot of unsightly joints so I've gone elsewhere

Armani Eagle was very patient with me placing an order that had to be changed after I started prepping the ground an found I could not put the patio in the original planned area.
Once the final order had been sorted and placed, delivery went smoothly.
