Love my wee backpack!
I bought a small backpack for general use while on holiday. I admit I wasn't sure if the backpack I bought would work for me but am delighted to say I really love it. Never had a bucket type before but so useful. We went on holiday on up at Ardnamurchan and it poured with rain the entire week. Not unusual in Scotland, hence wanting a waterproof backpack. It kept everything dry and the bucket style made it easy to access stuff inside. Comfortable to wear and just the right size for a short person. Was also pleased with quick delivery. A waterproof bag that lets in water! Was sealed as described but phone still got wet, will be returning for a refund.

No more worrying about theft, when sea swimming.
The waterproof bum bag is just what I needed, for a short coastal holiday, on my own. I can swim without worrying, in a touristy village.

Had a problem with a day pack. Got in touch with the support team and sent photos as requested within 48 hours new day pack arrived. The support team were very helpful and understanding.

Poor communication as to weather your…
Poor communication as to weather your order has been shipped. Since I ordered the product, there was no communication again, so I thought I was scammed. When I contacted them I was told because I paid for standard delivery that is why I didn’t get the product. The lack of communication was not spotted. I was told they a monopoly in the area of quality. Hope someone will come and give better service.

We're sorry that you did not receive a dispatch notification for your order. Following a recent transition to a new warehousing facility, an automated notification setting was unfortunately not enabled, meaning some customers did not receive the usual dispatch and tracking updates. As soon as this was identified, it was corrected to prevent the issue from recurring.
After receiving your enquiry, we responded promptly with confirmation that your order had been dispatched on 26/05, together with the Royal Mail tracking details. At that stage, the parcel was still within the expected delivery timeframe for the standard delivery service selected. Having since reviewed the tracking, we can see that the delivery has taken longer than anticipated, and we completely understand your frustration.
While the delay itself is outside of our control once the parcel is with Royal Mail, we recognise that the lack of dispatch communication contributed to your concerns. As a gesture of goodwill, we will be refunding the delivery charge paid for this order.
We appreciate your comments, as they have helped us identify and resolve an issue during the transition to our new fulfilment system. We remain committed to providing both high-quality products and the level of service our customers expect.

I have a number of Overboard bags
I have a number of Overboard bags. I bought the 90l size bag for my yachting gear (for the longer voyages). I got all my kit in for a week long sail. The straps to turn the bag into a rucksack style are of unequal length so not at all comfortable. Apart from that the bag is of excellent quality and 100% waterproof.

Excellent quality. Returns process inconvenient
Website easy to navigate. Plenty of useful information about the product. The two waterproof backpacks arrived promptly and the design and quality are excellent. I returned one as in the end, one was sufficient for both of us. I was not happy with the returns process which was delayed because my nearest locker was full. I had to then check for an alternative location and drive there rather than walking round the corner. Dropping off at my local post office, also a short walk, is much more convenient!
