Excellent quality. Returns process inconvenient
Website easy to navigate. Plenty of useful information about the product. The two waterproof backpacks arrived promptly and the design and quality are excellent. I returned one as in the end, one was sufficient for both of us. I was not happy with the returns process which was delayed because my nearest locker was full. I had to then check for an alternative location and drive there rather than walking round the corner. Dropping off at my local post office, also a short walk, is much more convenient!

I had already purchased a bag from them…
I had already purchased a bag from them and over the years through wear and tear the velcro strap was no longer any good so i emailed them and asked if they supplied spares and they said just pay postage and packaging and they will send a spare, so from my experience excellent customer service and I will certainly be using them again.

Super quality bags
Super quality bags. I have the 60 & 90 L black/silver holdalls and they’ve been reliable for 5+ years. Survived a mule-fell-in-river incident on the way to Aconcagua completely dry. Highly recommended.

Well worth the price
Was cautious at first as its a fairly expensive bag but having had a cheaper one which came apart after two years you can see where the money has gone.
The bay is really well thought out with lots of good sized pockets. Its also very nicely made, feels durable and is comfortable to wear. Several friends have Overboard gear and its all looking good even after years of use / abuse.
Basically I'm sold on it.

Bought as an insert for a Six Moons designs backpack. Really well made and useful insert. Highly recommend. Would love a few more options. Maybe different pocket sizes, zippers etc

Excellent service
Ordered a back pack for upcoming trip and whilst bag arrived in good time I noticed one plastic buckle was damaged.
I contacted overboard on Friday midday not expecting to have part replaced in time for planned trip following Monday and was very pleasantly surprised when replacement part arrived Saturday.
Excellent customer service plus very happy with rucsac.
I highly recommend this company
