Misleading. This is only online, not a physical book. I should have trusted my instincts… too good to be true. Also extortionately expensive for online download. Scam.

Ordered hardcover book. (That was in the description). These scammers sent a digital download. Communication is a joke they confirmed id been sent download when I asked for refund for misleading/false description. Hey hey just avoid at all costs unless you want digital cookbook !!! 🙄

I ordered a hardback book and entered my email address wrong. I only realised on completion of the order (they only have one field for entering the email address not two like most companies to avoid spelling errors, I had one letter wrong).
For two weeks now they have been trying to tell me that I ordered the ebook version, I have not and I have not been sent that version anyway as my email address was wrong. They can see I did not download it as I didn’t get the email and despite going back and forth with them for two weeks I am getting no where. I have told them if I don’t get a refund within 7 days I will initiate a charge back with my bank.
Never once did they even think to say oh we will forward the ebook to your correct email address (obviously wrong and other does not exist) so that I at least had the ebook (which I don’t want, but at least I would have something to show for my money), I am left with nothing. Upon looking for reviews and found that I am not the only one.
My request at the start was simply to let me know when my physical book would arrive as I did not have the order confirmation so could they please forward the order confirmation to the correct email addresses. Then they told me it was the ebook I had ordered (nope). I said that’s wrong please transfer the order to a physical book (no can do), then ok please refund and I will re order as the physical book (they say no refunds all sales are final, but I don’t have what I ordered.be that in digital or physical form! It has obviously not been completed as I haven’t downloaded anything). Stay away do not order from them!

As with all the other reviews, I ordered a hardback book and was sent a link to an ebook. I complained and was initially told there was nothing they could do. I then said I would be arranging a charge back if they didn’t refund me, they’ve agreed to refund but it hasn’t come through yet so we’ll see!

I ordered a hardback book as a gift and I received an e book, not at all happy and a waste of money.
Stay away from this company

Description states a hardback book which i paid for on enquiring after a week of waiting for my book to arrive i was told it was an e book, which hadn't stated on the listing. On checking feedback more people had been decieved the same way

Only gave one star because zero stars not available! I ordered a hard back copy of a book (clearly stated on order as such) and when it didn't arrive I contacted them. They told me I'd ordered a digital version. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't refund for digital books. I said I'd contact my credit card company at which point they agreed to refund me within 7 days. After this time when no refund had arrived I emailed again and they said they would refund in 2 - 4 days. I'm still waiting.

This is a scam - you order the hardcopy online on the drop down menu not the e book and then they tell you you ordered the ebook .

This site does not do what it promises on its site. It clearly states Hardback , but only sends a digital copy. Don't be fooled by it.

As with everyone else I ordered a hardcover book with free postage and received a ebook! Informed them of their error but they don’t want to know! I contacted my credit card company but I can’t apparently prove that I didn’t order an ebook so they can’t do anything! This company must be making a fortune from scamming people

I ordered a hardback book and was sent a download. Contacted them straight away to say this was not what I ordered and they simply say that they cannot change the order. They are clearly operating dishonestly and must be stopped before others get caught. This is why so many people these days only use Amazon to buy products as we just cannot rely on other websites

Yep an utter scam and utter scum taking peoples money
Placed an order with no signs of book but happy to take the money
More should be done to take these people off the web and then unable to re advertise.

I have been caught by the scam too. Ordered 2 hardcover books and only sent two download links. Gutted. Contacted them and they mention my confusion ... cheeky devils!

Complete scam - avoid at all costs. Exact same experience as all the other reviews. Contacted my bank who have refunded me my money. Do not use this website.

Avoid these scammers! Their item description was misleading. I ordered a book described as 'Hardcover' and received a link to download an e-book. The charge for this was £9. I contacted them for an explanation and requested a refund. They responded by giving me instructions on how to access the e-book via the download link. My second contact with them was completely ignored. On reading reviews (sadly only after being scammed), it seems that this is common practice from this company.

Exactly the same as everyone else on here! It looks like you’re ordering a hardcover ‘real’ book but they send you an ebook link. I wish I’d read the reviews first! Well, it’s taught me a lesson at least! For everyone else contemplating a purchase- Do not use this site!!!! Everyone else on here is right and the company clearly know they are misleading people and are choosing to continue doing so.

I have had exactly the same experience as other reviewers. Ordered a hardback book, received a link for an e book. Was told “there has been some confusion”no refund to original payment and no exchange for hardback. Absolutely no confusion on my part as I don’t do e books and would never order one. I normally check reviews for websites but on this occasion I didn’t.
