Lerry Barcoma from DAI Post ensured that the parcel was delivered spot on, on time with a great outcome

Very disappointing experience. My parcel was marked as delivered on 30 July at 3:39 PM, but I never received it. After investigating, it was discovered that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong building instead of my address. By the time this was confirmed, the parcel had already gone missing.

This situation caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. A delivery company should ensure parcels are delivered to the correct location, especially in apartment complexes. I hope Right Parcel improves its delivery accuracy and takes greater responsibility when delivery mistakes result in lost parcels.

Scott from DAI is a very capable and caring person to work with, no problem was too hard, and he provided a complete solution to my problem of a missing package. It is quite refreshing to meet someone of Scott's caliber, you are a godsend to the industry, "thankyou".

So after been allocated a tracking number and the updated post was the package was being held in the depot in Mansfield, I was made aware that my package was “lost” in transit. The tracking number though never updated from being held in the depot. I only was made aware after I contacted the company twice as my package was sitting there for over a week and a half. No accountability whatsoever from the company.

I would think any 5 star is a hoax. They held my package for over TWO months, and demanded a customs charge on a parcel that was way below customs threshold. I was tempted to tell them to send it back, and try and explain why it was returned. They are extortionate and scam artists who are only interested in ripping companies off.

Customer service is great, follow up my cusom tax issue accordingly. although it took longer time, but it was resolved perfectly

Terrible service, item picked up in Melbourne Australia has not arrived in Perth 5 days later (sent as express according to the vendor) Spoke to Parcel right, no explanation, said they would email me, no email.. Use DHL or Fedex or Australia post

I had some issues with my parcel coming from the UK which got held in customs. I sent an email and got a reply not long after with information, support and next steps. All issues were resolved. Scott who helped me was great. Thank you!

Somehow linked to dai post which is the lowest . Slow as snails. Had my parcel for 3 days in Melbourne and I’m in Melbourne and have just extended my delivery date

Fast and efficient service

it was a bit on the slow side, apart from that. servers good no bad complaints. 8.5/10

Left the parcel out in the rain at the bottom of 5 stairs instead under cover on the porch at the top of the stairs. Literally every other parcel delivery walks up the stairs to put things out of the weather and out of view

The company was willing and able to redirect my parcel. Rowena in particular was most responsive and helpful.

The staff are truly helpful. My parcel was delayed and the staff kept a keen eye on its whereabouts and eventually tracked it down. Especially Rowena Manabat, who then rang me to advise me. I picked up the parcel and was greatly relieved to get it. Excellent service by Parcelright. Thank you.

The only concern I had with this company was that the delivery date was not accurate. After a few days of waiting, I sent a message in regards to this issue. I was given a new delivery date, which was the day I received the message, and all went well. I later received a friendly message from Scott confirming that all had been completed.
