I ordered protein from Brissy it got to Sydney over night then sat in the depot 20 mins from my house where it's been for days. I have called more than once and the robot voice sounding lady told me its with the delivery team and they say it'll go out. It didn't. I called again same story and she said she's escalate and call me back before end of day. She didn't. At this point they've basically stolen my parcel and are avoiding me. I would avoid these criminals where ever possible.

Once I got the right person

I had a very positive experience with Parcelright. They responded promptly to my queries and repeatedly followed up via emails and phone calls during and after the delivery. I live 2 hours away from Melbourne and my package was delivered earlier than scheduled due to me having to go overseas for a business trip. Great customer service Parcelright!
