If you need to sort out a parking ticket from Horizon, use these, I was skeptical but though I would pay the £6 and do as they say and it worked, I challenged the parking ticket and it got cancelled thanks to these guys.

I will turn this to 5 because I can see the work you do and have done so far for my case, even if I lose my case at court, I appreciate you can't win them all, I just need better communication and response. My hearing was on the 26th November and I still don't know the outcome of the hearing. What happens next? How long do I wait? Will the Bailiff just turn up? Did I/we win the case? Did I/we lose? I'm sorry but I used your template against Premier Park Ltd and went the full distance of appealing to POPLA. I wish I'd of just paid the reduced fine as the template with Parking Mate was a waste of time in my case.

We paid this fine unknowing we could speak to the carpark office and get this ticket cancelled , My car was registered with my disable badge but i wasnt aware i could present the fine letter at the office to get cancelled. I feel there isnt enough guidance on this and receiving this email is too late

Totally worth spending a few pounds to save you in excess of £100 being robbed by horizon. Couldn’t be easier, answer a couple lf questions and you get a template that you send off.
My penalty notice was cancelled as a result of my appeal. Horizon are robbers and it’s good to see there are apps out there helping people shaft them back for a change!

Totally shameful having to make a 4.99 payment to appeal wasn't my fault the cameras didn't register that I went to the car park twice not stayed all day.

Simple and easy to use no problem

Had my case (which concerned multiple parking tickets all with the same company) completely struck out. Leo is clearly very competent at this and was rightly confident throughout the process. I've only knocked a star off because his communication is poor in terms of not responding at all or leaving me on read taking days to respond. I very nearly settled the case as a result, but thankfully I didn't. Ultimately he's got me the outcome I wanted and saved me lots of money though.

ParkingEye defeated thanks to Parking Mate

I was sent a fine by ParkingEye claiming that I had overstayed my time in a shopping car park. Parking Mate provided an excellent letter for a small fee which set out my defence in precise detail, and I subsequently had my fine cancelled as a result. Parking Mate are well worth using in these circumstances.
