Maddy
Maddie, the Trainee Sales Executive that assisted us in purchasing the Car , was absolutely fantastic! From the test drive, through to completion of the sale - Maddy was knowledgeable and patient throughout, and delivered the sale with a great sense of humour which meant we immediately felt we were dealing with someone we could trust from the outset! We will return and ask for Maddy when we are thinking of our next purchase!! Five stars!!!

Very helpful professional salesman
The salesman who helped me with buying my new car was friendly and professional and was very clear on all aspects of the part exchange for my car. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend Shaun Greenley and Partridges of Hampshire for new and used minis.

Great customer service
There were some unexpected delays to my original vehicle delivery date but thanks to Izabela Lazi who kept me updated and even arranged for me to have hire car whilst I waited. Great customer service.

Can’t do enough when buying useless and unhelpful afterwards
Can’t believe the change in attitude, all over you like a rash when buying, then a problem needs attending too, couldn’t be more awkward, in not having a courtesy car available for almost a month and telling, me to catch a bus or there’s a train station nearby, Save your money, why buy a mini, when you can use public transport, as they themselves suggest, possibly more reliable than their cars! Will not be using that dealership again, I’d rather drive miles to avoid the rude and useless twits that answer the phone there! Buy your new car at another dealership, Avoid this one!

A great car buying experience
Patrick Male was our sales executive and he was a really nice, likeable guy who made our whole journey from walking into the showroom to walking away with our Mini Countryman such an easy and pleasant experience. He tailored our arrangement to suit us and the whole team made us feel welcome.
The car itself is amazing and we're absolutely thrilled with it. I'm sure we'll be purchasing many more Mini Countryman's in the future from Partridge.

Well done Ben
Throughout the entire experience of buying a new mini, Ben Sillence was outstanding from the initial purchase to the collection of my mini on 24th June. I drove from Cambridge to Partridge of Hampshire which was nearly a 3 year drive however, was definitely worth it as the service from Ben was amazing. I will not hesitate when I exchange my car in the future to drive the distance again for that level of service. Mrs Rose
