I’ve been a customer for 7-8 years. Amazing product yes, but the customer service is what stands out. Twice during those 7-8 years I’ve mistakenly ordered the wrong planner, and rather than have me return it they told me to gift it to someone and they replaced it for me for free. That’s how you do business to keep customers for life!

I've always loved Passion Planner - but want I'm reviewing today is their customer service. My planner got lost in the mail (it happens!), and within 60 minutes I had a replacement in route. Their customer service is timely and incredibly helpful.

Prei with customer service was fantastic, and I’m very happy with the conversation and the resolution. I’m pretty sure I’m #PashFam for life now!

There’s no better planned out there than a passion planner. It’s the perfect gift that keeps on giving all year round. I’ve gotten a new one every year for 5+ years & I will never go a year without it. I’m also so grateful I was able to donate to Gaza relief this year. Passion planner just gets it and I’m so grateful for all it’s done for my life over the years keeping my goals, finances, schedule & thoughts organized year after year. Also the styles & stickers just keep getting better & better! 10000% recommend to anyone!!!!

They stand behind their refund policy. I was more than happy to buy a paper planner when the digital didn’t work out for me.

I am an OG Passion Planner. I funded the kickstarter over a decade ago. Although I have gone in and out, I find myself always coming back. I recommend this product to my college students and I recommend it to friends and family. This year I am stepping out of my comfort zone and have purchased a Digital 2025 Passion Planner. This is in addition to the two 2024/2025 Academic Planners I currently have.

Have been using PP for years now. This is the first time I ordered a planner I didn’t like. I reached out to customer service and Daniel was the rep who assisted me on the online chat. He was quick with responses and assisted me with finding a planner that was a better fit for me.

Love the product, bought that for the 4th time already. But I am not happy about the delivery process/times. Also, the last time I ordered I was forced to pay a 4 dollar "optional" fee for order protection. I managed to get rid of it a couple of times but at every step it in the paying proces it was added again. At one point I thought I managed to get rid of it, only to see in the down corner of my right view that it was assed once again. I had just clicked on the PayPal paying button. I don't like being forced to pay for something I really don't want. Especially not since I am already protected for situations like that. This gives a negative feeling to your brand. Please fix that!

Great customer service beyond anything!!!

I had found out my planner was either stolen or incorrectly delivered over the holidays and reached out to Passion Planner to see if they could help in any way. Within 24hrs they let me know I can file a claim because of Order Protection! The process was easy and I felt fully supported. Gotta love the efficiency and hard work of the team! I've been using Passion Planner since 2013 and throughout my time with them, they've always given exceptional and personable service!

I use this planner year after year. I made the mistake by trying a new one last year and had to come back to passion planner! Thank you for being an awesome company.

I've been using the passion planner since its inception and it was a one person business. It's evolved throughout the years but still th best planner that fits my needs. Customer service is spectacular.

Bought my planner which included stickers. I didn’t read the instructions and ended up with no stickers as I’m not tech savvy and hadn’t a clue what I was doing.
I sent a message and was contacted by Rye who helped me out and my issue was solved the same day. And it was New Years Day so I did not expect to be contacted that day. So I’m now happily planning and adding stickers here there and everywhere!

There was a delivery mistake that was made and Passion Planner wasted no time making sure that my item was reissued and sent out immediately. i am so impressed with the service and the products I received. I am def a forever customer!

I love my passion planner. I’ve been using it for a few years and I love the room, the prompts and the beliefs behind the company. I had an issues with my last planner and they fixed it right away.

The Passion Planner arrived on time and without a problem except that my daughter had already received a planner from someone else so I had to ask for a refund. Passion Planner replied the same day even on a bank holiday and asked me to keep the copy I had and refunded me the cost. I will now pass on the Passion Planner to someone who I know will appreciate it.

I got a passion planner for christmas, but i had already bought myself one. I told them the situation and they answered so quickly and refunded my money within minutes. I’ve gotten a passion planner for a few years now and they are amazing!!

I have been using a Passion Planner since 2016. I was gifted one by the Student Support Services and since then I’ve continued every year to invest in my very own! It has transformed me into an organized young adult!! Also the creativity that it brings is phenomenal!
