I am a returning customer. I placed my order on October 28. I received an email on Oct 30 the order had shipped. It is now November 7 and the tracking shows the label being created but no movement. I have attempted to contact Passion Planner Support numerous times with no response. I tried to connect with them through facebook - no response. From my experience, these people will gladly take your money but have no intention of providing customer service after the sale. I am going to contact my bank and reverse the charge. This is ridiculous! The planner is a good planner, but the company sucks.
My passion planner didn't arrive
My passion planner didn't arrive for one month. I reached out to the company and explained that I am very stressed because we will be moving to a new house and I was hoping the planner would arrive within one month when I placed the order. They replied that my planner is lost and offered to send another one and asked for my new address. I emailed to them my new address and also I updated it in the system. Some days later, I received confirmation that the planner is shipped. I also received an email saying that my planner has been sent to my original shipping address. How absurd, after all the communication back and forth and all the explaining.
I replied immediately asking why they would send to my old address when the new address is provided when they asked in the email. The reply I got is even more ridiculous : "we cannot edit any address , you have to change it yourself in the system ..."
So that" smart " customer service agent didn't even bother to look in the system. Of course , it is easier to say off to the customer than actually solve any customer issue!
And now they deleted my account from their system so I am not even able to login !!
Shame on you passion planner!
I am extremely disappointed because in the past we order dozens of passion planners and they were shipping easily to the UAE. But it seems since the business developed, they became careless ..... They forgot that is US , CUSTOMERS who brought them where they are. And we can also take them down.
The planner is clearly not worth all this stress !!!
Shipping fees.. just wow!!
I've been looking for a life planner for a while & have heard good things about this company.
For me £45 to spend on what is effectively a diary with bells on, is quite a lot, but I saw there was a sale on and was looking forward to planning so added stickers & highlighters to my order too :-).
The shipping fees stopped me in my tracks - £14 (to the UK), why?
I unfortunately won't be ordering now as I can't justify the shipping and will look at another life planner that is similar.
I hope the shipping fees are reduced as I would like to try this one, maybe next year.
Long time happy customer
Long time customer here to say this is a great company with great products! I've had at least 5-7 planners & loved them all. Their Support team and customer service goes above & beyond, and thus really stands out in a world nowadays where these concepts seem to be almost non-existent. Passion Planner is also generous with donations to good causes & free pdf downloads on the website as well. This is a company you feel good supporting and helpful, beautifuly, well designed products you'll love!

Wish I had read Facebook reviews before ordering! I received an email that my order had shipped on 1/11. It is 1/18 and USPS is still "Awaiting Item" which means they created a shipping label but didn't actually ship the product. I received only one automated response to multiple attempts to contact customer service. There is no option to cancel orders either (it's the first communication you receive from the company). Dozens of other customers report the same experience in the past 3 months.
Customer service - non-existent
Last year when I ordered it took a couple months at least to turn up in the UK.
This year - it's been a month since I ordered but I can't even track my order. They gave me a tracking number for DHL - who says it's not a valid number. Possibly never shipped? Possibly handed off to another courier but now lost?
Who knows?
But what I do know is have had nothing but a runaround from DHL and absolute ZERO customer support (unless you count automated responses - I don't) for solving this problem.
Purchasing a planner really shouldn't be this painful. NEVER AGAIN? I have requested a refund which I hope I get - that's if anyone actually ever reads and responds to my emails.
And I shall go purchase something else based in the UK.
Could communicate a bit more with customers, but over all great company
I used passion planner for years. I started out with their free digital downloads which i used in a 3 ring binder. Finally I bought one of their undated planners in a beautiful shade of green. I loved it! While I sometimes wish the pages were more colorful (instead of black and white), I love that most of my pens do not bleed through the page. I love that the book lays flat. And I love the Monday start option!
The only thing I don’t love is that when I tried to purchase my planner for 2022, almost 2 weeks went by with no updates. I decided to reach out myself. I had a very helpful service rep explain that there were some issues regarding available stock and that they were waiting on that to be sorted out. She offered me a refund, which I appreciated, but it would have been even better if they had reached out to customers when they realized the issue. I don’t have instagram or twitter, so after I placed my order I was kind of in the dark until I investigated myself.
They have excellent customer service though, my representative helped me with only 1 email. I found a different planner to use for next year, but I hope to come back to passion planner for 2023! Can’t wait to see what designs they come out with next.

Very good planners! I love my weekly planner. Also the free add ins on the site are very helpfull and the sticker collection is also great.
Amazing products - PHENOMENAL SERVICE
The moment the 2021-2022 academic planners dropped, I placed my order! The shipping was quicker than I expected - I’ve gotten so used to delayed shipping during the pandemic, I think. I was sad to see that the wrong planner had arrived and reached out to customer support to see what could be done to fix it. I got a very speedy response with an offer to refund or replace the planner. I had such faith in Passion Planner, I reordered the planner I’d hoped for before the refund was even fully confirmed. The erroneous planner is now in the hands of my grateful husband. It is this kind of caring support from Passion Planner - on top of the incredible quality of the products themselves - that will keep me a part of the PashFam forever. Thank you!!!

Great Customer Service and Best Planner Ever
There was a mix-up with my order and the Passion Planner folks fixed it right away in kind a swift manner! I bought a planner for my boyfriend and one of my best friends because it has been hands down the most helpful planner I've ever used.
My only suggestion is finding a more economical shipping option for Alaska. I know so many people up here would want to have one of your planners!
I also LOVE the downloads like the habit tracker and feel very encouraged watching your youtube videos. It's one of the first times I've been glad I'm on a marketing email list ;)
