Passion planners are the only planners that have worked for me. They help me so much! I also use them as journals. I love the freedom to get organized and be free with the space in the planner the way I choose to write in it!

I love and adore their planners and their customer service is amazing. I love this company and hope to be a lifelong customer!

Best planner, I get the monthly tabs to add to my planner. Then it has everything I need and helps me stay organized and it looks super cute. Great customer service at Passion Planner as well.

I’ve been using this planner system for years. I absolutely love it. The only time I ever had an issue with them was the year I received my planner a bit late due to shipping issues the first winter of COVID. They’ve since changed distributions so that’s not likely to ever be a problem again. Any time I’ve ever received a substandard product (maybe twice in 7-8 years), they’ve been prompt and easy to work with for a free replacement. Fully recommend this company!

Their customer support was super friendly and helpful. We resolved the issue quickly. Was a gift for my niece.

Since 2017 I've been using Passion Planners to help guide, track and motivate me. They've tweaked and improved the planners each year. Since it's something I use daily, I have to have something that's both beautiful and effective, especially with my adhd brain. This year I went for a smaller planner and didn't think about the impact it would have on font size. They immediately addressed my concern to make sure I had the right planner for my needs. Just one more reason I love this company.

Loyal customer for years thank you for your recent help

I used to love this company. Their planners weren’t perfect, but the company seemed to have strong values and worked to improve. My last order (placed in OCTOBER 2023) still has not arrived.

I contacted customer service in early December, they said they would replace the order. Then in late December, I received the email the CEO sent out about the difficulties with their fulfillment partner. When I still didn’t receive the order, I contacted customer service again. They gave me a new (third) tracking number.

That was on the 15th and the tracking page still says ‘label created, awaiting package.’

This really feels like a scam.

Have been a customer for years so can confirm that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an order significantly delayed. However this is the first time it’s taken weeks to even get an automated reply from Passion Planner. Nothing personalized as of yet and based on other reviews and Instagram comments I suspect I will never see my order or my money.
Ordered 27 November 2023, shipping label created 28 November, promised December 21 in a general email that it would be on the move that week… still nothing, no response to multiple emails, no refund in spite of it being offered & my emailing to request this.
Beyond disappointed and frustrated- particularly since their continued promises of doing better kept getting my hopes up only to see them dashed. Not the way I wanted to start 2024.

Do not order from passionplanner.com, they do not ship your order and do not reply to your emails. SCAM!!!

Woke company marks indigenous peoples day instead of the Federally recognized Columbus Day holiday in their planners.
