Passion Planner Avis 920

I didn’t receive one of my ordered item and contacted Passion Planner. They got back to me within 48hrs and resolve the issue. I’m happy and satisfied with they way they handle my problem!

Due to a narrow timeframe in which my postal office is open, my order was shipped back to the U.S., and the customer support was very quick to answer my mail and send my Passion Planner to Germany again without further payment.

Great Product and great service!

I received the wrong planner and sent an email. I received a quick response from Clint who patiently helped me sort out the issue. I'm grateful for the speedy response and the special care that was given to help me solve my issue. Thanks Clint :-)

The wrong product was sent to me. Clint was so prompt, kind, and helpful! He immediately apologized for the error and made sure a replacement was sent out ASAP. I was writing as a very frustrated customer because I received an unexpected charge upon delivery that was NOT customs or duty, but rather a second shipping charge. Rue dealt with my issue right away and sent me a refund for the amount that was unexpectedly charged at the last minute. This turned what would have been a 1/5 star review to a 5/5 star review, so thank you Rue, I very much appreciate your willingness to help me out!

There was a mix-up in the planner I ordered and the one I received over the weekend. I sent an email to Passion Planner support and Clint replied the next day. He was really validating and clear on next steps. I really appreciate that he offered the option to give it to a friend or how to recycle it. In general I really love the company and culture they've built and how much it radiates in all they do, including how employees interact which shows their care and excitement.

I received a damaged product and contacted Passion Planner about it, asking if it would be possible to get a replacement. After a while, I received a reply from Clint who apologized for the delay in response due to an overflow of requests during the holiday season, and informed me that a replacement was on the way. I received it speedily, and it's perfect! While I was initially disappointed to receive a damaged product from a company that I love, my interaction with Clint was very pleasant and I was so pleased to find that they had already taken care of sending a replacement. I look forward to future positive experiences with Passion Planner and will continue to encourage others to check them out!

I have always found the customer support at passion planner to be wonderful, so helpful. Clint went above & beyond recently. I ordered markers and one was missing from the pack. Without blinking he sent me a whole new pack! Such unexpected generosity! I love passion planner and will continue to be an enthusiastic customer!

This is the best personal planner on the market! Not to mention the customer service is exceptional. I have purchased the same planner every year for the past three years and it has made a dramatic improvement to my organizational skills. Highly recommend trying if you have not already.

I reached out to the Pashfam team with an inquiry a few days ago. Today I got a response from Rue and was very much appreciating how she dealt with my question. Rue was very courteous and provided excellent customer service. And she is not the only one. So far every time the contact with the members of the team has been exceptional. Getting things worked out was great. Yet, there's some glitches in your offers...or maybe some things that might work better. Nevertheless, the customer service was swift to make things right - and ultimately that is what matters.

My Passion planner was sent back for unknown reasons. I contacted the Passion Planner support and Rue helped me with a replacement!

It took them a few days to handle the request in the first place but then the communication was very good and Rue was always super nice.
