I had a wonderful experience with Rue. I know that the times are crazy with Covid and expected a lag time in response. Rue was professional and apologetic because of the delay I was asking about. No need to apologize, nothing last year or the beginning of this year has gone to plan for anyone. Thank you for a great planner! I’m enjoying it so far!!
Absolutely atrocious experience
Absolutely atrocious experience. Ordered planners for my staff on 12.4.2020--it's 1.18.2021 now, and we haven't received anything. No phone number to contact customer service; wrong update about when it'd be arriving; minimal rebate. Cancelling all transactions with this company.
Horrible rip off
Placed my order on 1/2/21. Money taken from my bank 1/4/21. Label created 1/6/21. Nothing since. No customer service phone number. Email response is auto standard garbage message. Scam ..
Amazing costumer service
Amazing costumer service. Ordered a 2021 diary that was too big for my needs (totally my fault). Reached out to the costumer service asking to exchange for a smaller model they replied very fast and promptly solved the problem. The products have very good quality

massive delays in delivery - not worth the wait
Good planners, ok quality but infuriating service. I ordered my planner in November - it's now mid-January and still no delivery. I understand that this is a difficult time, but 2 months and no product is absolutely unacceptable. No responses from customer service either.

Rue from Passion Planner was so awesome and helpful. I emailed a question during the New Year's holiday and was shocked to receive such a prompt and thorough reply from her. During a holiday weekend!! It sometimes takes weeks for other companies to respond to inquiries.
I'm a long-time customer of Passion Planner and have always been in awe of their expert customer service and wonderful products!! I will definitely continue buying my planners from them.

Mix up order amended!
My order was mixed up and I was sent the wrong Passion Plannee. After reaching out to the team they were happy to amend this promptly and received a response back in a few hours. They have sent out the correct planner, and I will be gifting the current planner to someone who will use it. Great customer service, as reflected by the company's values. I am purchasing Passion Planner for the 6th year now and it is always a pleasure to do business. Thank you team, thank you Rue!

Clint was so helpful and responsive whenever I emailed about an update on my order. This has been a hard time of year for small businesses and package delivery so I totally understood there was a delay. Clint was always polite and willing to help me. I really love my new planner - the daily set up is what I needed and didn't even know!

Wow! I'm so impressed with the customer service from Passion Planner! I ordered several sticker books and, although they were shrink wrapped, 2 of the books were slightly damaged. I contacted customer service and Clint contacted me immediately apologized and put through a replacement order right away. I appreciated how quickly and professionally he responded. I have always had such great experiences with Passion Planners products and service. Truly a stand up company!

Seems like a nice small business. I completely understand that these are hard times with the holidays and Covid going around. The only reason why I had to get a refund was due to the person who I got it for needed a planner now and couldn’t wait. They were very understanding when I asked for a refund and was very quick to respond.

Clint is a star! I was having trouble with my order (my order was unfortunately lost in transit), and Clint was very quick to provide an effective solution.
