I was getting nervous because we had sent a couple of emails, but hadn’t gotten a response back. Once Clint reached out to me, he was quick to respond to my questions and in helping me get my and my daughters order replaced. I appreciated his time and attention to our missing order as both my daughter and I love our passion planners and really didn’t want to have to find another planner to use. Thank you!!

Great company which cares about serving its customers
I’m very happy with the customer service that Joshua has provided. It was upsetting to find out that my order hasn’t been processed several weeks after purchasing, but Joshua promptly returned my email, acknowledged the issue, and quickly refunded my shipping when I expressed my frustration. I’ve purchased a Passion Planner for the past several years, so I understand that this years processing times are not the norm. I’m happy to see the company working hard to stay on top of things in this crazy climate in order to provide the best possible service to their customers.
Lost in Transit....with a HAPPY ENDING!
I have used a Passion Planner for about four years now and always order towards the end of the year as a little Christmas present to myself. I ordered this year right around Thanksgiving and knew it would arrive in plenty of time to set up for the New Year. I realized that with COVID that USPS was running a little behind but when the package hadn't moved from California since 12/1 I reached out the Customer Support. Clint was AWESOME as he replied back to me letting me know my options (a full refund or he could arrange to reship the planner to me). Great Customer Service Clint...next day a notice arrived that the order was processing and would be shipping within the next 10-14 days. Some might be upset because they wouldn't be getting their planner until 2021...I am okay with it these things do happen...and what truly matters is the Clint made the experience seamless and is a wonderful representation of the folks at Passion Planner.
Definitely a business I will continue supporting in the future...JOB WELL DONE Clint!

Clint was amazing! I received my passion planner and it was damaged but I didn’t realize it until after input the monthly tabs in. He kindly replaced it for me as the damage was a manufacturing error. I love how much passion planner cares about the #pashfam

Awesome Customer Care
After placing my order for my digital sticker books, for some reason I didn’t receive my confirmation email which would include my digital download link. I reached out to #PashFam customer care, which the mentioned a 3-5 days response. I wasn’t too happy about that but what you can you do. So I wasn’t expecting a response so quickly. Clint responded the very next day with the link to my downloads and also resent my confirmation email. I was very pleased because in my email I forgot to mention I checked junk mail as well as did a key word search looking for my confirmation email. Instead of Clint going back and forth with me telling me to check here and here, he immediately resolved my issue twice over! I was very appreciative of that. Thank you Clint and #PashFam!!!! :)

So Clint gets 5 stars for service after the snafu. I was sent the wrong planner but Clint said i could keep it so I’ll be passing it along to a friend. I am disappointed that my planner might not be here for the new year but with all that is happening in 2020it’s a minor inconvenience. Stay safe and stay the course! We can get through this !
Got the discount after all
Shortly after ordering our planners, I noticed that a sale had started. I contact Passion Planners to see if they could price match, especially since ours hadn’t even shipped yet. I was informed that they were unable to alter an order that had already be placed. So I would need to cancel the original order and reorder the planners to get the discount. Which I did. They were very helpful, though I do wish it was possible to just offer a discount on the original order. But I can’t complain because I was able to get the discount

Normally, I wouldn't give 5 stars for an order that I had problems- however, your company's customer service is doing their best to correct the mistake. I ordered 2 planners, 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter. Unfortunately, the color I received was not what I ordered. I contacted passion planner and they immediately took care to credit my account and order me the correct planner. Additionally, they wanted me to gift the color I didn't order to a friend... so kind!
