I was able to work with Rue on the Passion Planner Team to get a refund for my planner, and she was amazing! The planner was excellent, it just didn’t work for me, but she had a refund to me within just a couple of hours, and promptly answered my messages.

I bought a Passion Planner for the first time this summer. I absolutely love the style and was excited to buy the 2021 planner for myself and one for my best friend. When it arrived, I realized I expected a different color. My experience with customer service was easy, fast, and pleasant. I re-ordered my planner and added a daily undated planner and sticker tabs, too! I cannot wait to use the prompts and have some accountability with my best friend even though she's far away.

I couldn't get past the checkout page and normally I would just let it go and go to another company but I love Passion Planners. I reached out and they quickly responded with a solution. Joshua provided amazing customer service and I was able to check out. Now can't wait for my Passion Planner to arrive.
